Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location.

The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment!

The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty.

Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus.

The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier.
At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅!

The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi for the second time with my granddaughter, and once again, it was an absolutely beautiful experience. This hotel is perfect for families with kids — the lovely pool, the clean and comfortable beach, and the overall warm atmosphere make it such a joy to come back to. My granddaughter enjoyed every moment, and I love it here just as much.

A special thank you to Mr. Heythem and Brahim from reception for their politeness, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. They always welcomes us with a smile and makes the check-in experience smooth and pleasant.

I also want to express my appreciation for Jashu and Duminda from housekeeping for organizing our room per our request and always keeping it very clean

And a big thank you to Sultan and Ifti from the concierge team — both are incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we need. Their professionalism truly enhances the overall experience.

Bab Al Qasr continues to be my favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi, especially for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with children — you will feel comfortable, welcomed, and very well taken care of.

I am currently staying at Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi for 25 nights, booked through my company. The hotel is truly impressive — the architecture, interior design, and overall atmosphere reflect a high standard of luxury. The food and breakfast offerings were also excellent, with a wide variety and great quality.

However, my experience with the service and flexibility left much to be desired. I arrived one night earlier than my scheduled booking (around 10 p.m.) and requested to shift my reservation to start a day earlier, mentioning that I would later obtain my company’s approval for the extra night. Despite confirming that rooms were available, the staff kept me waiting for a considerable amount of time before approving the stay. Given that I already had a confirmed 25-night booking, I found this lack of flexibility and delay unnecessary.

The following morning, I encountered another issue — my additional night was not booked with breakfast, even though I had clearly requested it. The staff at the restaurant directed me back to the reception, which is located at some distance, and after several calls and discussions, the matter was finally resolved, allowing me to have breakfast.

Later during my stay, I was moved to a different room, but unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell. I raised this issue with the staff as well.

Overall, Bab Al Qasr is a beautiful property with excellent food and facilities, but the service and responsiveness could be significantly improved. For a five-star hotel, I expected a smoother, more flexible, and guest-oriented experience, especially for long-stay guests

We arrived early morning and had not slept, after seeing us waiting for our room someone ensured we could check in to a room early. The hotel is relaxing, tranquil and feels like a palace. I will stay here next time I’m in Abu Dhabi.

I stayed for one night at Bab Al Qasr, and from the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Ajay from the bell desk, who greeted me with a warm smile and assisted me promptly and professionally. His genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The highlight of my morning was the breakfast at Artisan Kitchen – an incredible spread with something for every palate. The quality, variety, and freshness of the food were truly impressive, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable with their attentiveness and friendliness.

Though it was a short stay, everything from the ambiance to the service left a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to returning!
