I left some clothes at the hotel and Ahmed (desk coordinator) and Salehbinali was very helpful, they were very kind and sent all my clothes to Oman with a very small charge

The room was very spacious, the service was excellent, and the location was super convenient with plenty of food options nearby

It was a really great stay! Plus, you can easily get to Yas Island by taking the free shuttle bus from the Royal Rose, which is very handy

The cherry on top is the amazing and hospitable staff especially Nasir at reception who was extremely accommodating and kind and made our stay very comfortable

Very central location. Very spacious. Very clean and tidy. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM

I had breakfast at the Glo restaurant and was catered by Mr. Abbos he was lively and very professional we even had an actual conversation. Restaurant ambience was on point

Check-out time I was assisted by one of my kabayan Ms. Magz, which really showed genuine smile & hospitality and asked how was my stay. It was perfect from beginning to the end. Highly recommended for couples & family

Amazing experience and birthday celebrations at the Rosewood in Abu Dhabi. My children booked the hotel as a surprise for me for my birthday and I was absolutely blown away by the hotel

We arrived and Naim at reception was extremely welcoming, the room we had booked wasn’t quite ready so rather than us waiting he immediately upgraded us to the top floor

The attention to detail of the staff who came and cleaned the room was great. Putting down little towels for our toiletries and Matt’s next to the bed with slippers

The room overlooking Abu Dhabi was stunning as what you’d expect from a room on the 15th floor. Beds are super comfortable and clean and the bathroom is lovely

We had an amazing stay at Andaz Capital Gate 5* Hotel ! We loved the fact that this hotel has a Guinness world record ! It's a bit far away from some places but it's also actually in the middle of everything which makes the taxis fees equal to anywhere we been

The room is spacious with great attention to detail, giving it a grand hotel feel. The breakfast is fantastic; both seniors and children absolutely loved it here.

The service was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was really good, with the option to order additional snacks. The front desk staff were very patient, and the cleaning service was available 24/7

I stayed here for the Open Masters Games at ADNEC, which was just next to the hotel. Therefore, location was perfect for me. 15 mins to the famous Mosque, 30 mins to the cultural district

Not too bad as very easy to get a car from Uber. Room is spacious, clean, and decent

Facilities: The hotel is a small villa complex with no elevator, but it does have a swimming pool, gym, shopping mall, and restaurant. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good; the room was cleaned daily

Second time we’ve stayed here, rooms need updating as some are better than others but all in all a great stay…pool is nice and the staff are lovely Sanderson’s is good for breakfast too

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change

Great location with a shuttle service to Yas Island. The hotel has direct access to WTC Mall, which has some good shops to explore. It's a typical business hotel with very good service.

Felt like a serene bridge between city life and nature. From the poolside, the view opened to endless mangroves, their calm waters reflecting the sky like a mirror

While the location and accessibility met expectations, the service and room quality fell short of the 5-star standard. However, the infinity pool overlooking the mangroves provided a serene escape

It's worth noting the absence of a dedicated kids' pool, only a shallow baby pool. Overall, it was a peaceful stay with some room for improvement in service and amenities

Had an amazing staycation with family, friends. The location and view from the spacious Mangroves Balcony rooms were spectacular. The day break and sunset views is to be experienced

The check in took some time but they upgraded my room to a suite which was appreciated. Wanted to get room service but their restaurant had somewhat limited options (only fast food available)

All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment

The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there

It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub

I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine

It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach is large; there's a public, free section and a family, paid section. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something to eat

For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches. The pool was small but heated. There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal

Very nice hotel! Beautiful lobby with a nice pool and bar. A major plus is there is a *very* inexpensive liquor shop very nearby, perfect for when on holiday and desiring some good drinks for cheap

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but we didn't leave hungry

Great location and excellent service. Housekeeping was daily, and they provided a bathrobe, iron, and ironing board upon request

Marina Mall is about the same distance and very cozy

Al Ain Palace hotel gives you that old school UAE feel. This place has a nice charm to it. Considering the hotel itself is over 142 years old. When you walk through their doors. You are also walking into history

Rooms are kept very clean thanks to the house keeping staff. Special shout out to Sohail for working around my schedule and keeping the room tidy. This is one of my go to hotels because it’s right on the Corniche

The service is excellent, staff is attentive and always prepared to assist with a smile. The swimming pool area is shared with La Meridien Abu Dhabi. Pleasant setting with a choice in cafes and restaurants

The rooms are clean and perfect. We are satisfied with their services and it's worth every penny. Just that parking isn't available, will have to use paid parking. But paid parking is available near by as well

Upon checking out, staff was kind to order a cab for me. The hotel is right across from the corniche. Clean area and beautiful scenary. Lots of restaurants and bars around if you are seeking entertainment

Grocery store and gas station were close by. I was able to have an iron and ironing board. Had to ask for air freshener to spray since you are not allowed to open a window. Gym was okay, treadmill needs to be updated

The Hotel is nice but it needs some more help like the food corner it's so small and there was so many people I couldn't eat Peace it was so noisy but the food was nice hot and delicious and I love it so much

There are many dining options nearby, and there's a restaurant right downstairs that serves dishes more suitable for Chinese palates. You need to use your card to access the floors, which feels quite secure

Good for families because the room is spacious!

The room is quite spacious, with a bar counter for easy boiling water and making coffee, a dressing table, and a full-length mirror. The shower is in the bathtub, which isn't ideal for Chinese habits

I got the junior suite which was good the breakfast is somehow good but needs to include multiple options for example only one or two cheese in the open buffet

Hot water is from a tank, so you can't shower for too long – about 10 minutes of hot water, then the next person has to wait at least half an hour

Their dedication and attention to detail are truly appreciated. I have been staying here for the past three years in Room 1944, and the excellent service has always made my stay comfortable and pleasant

Your Reception staff are all very friendly and professional. There is an Indian young man who works on the 3rd floor during my stay. He is most helpful and attentive. Your staff is really nice guys

I have been staying at the ibis Hotel for a long time, and I have really enjoyed my stay. The location near the airport is very convenient, and it is a very good place to stay

The phone on the dressing table does not work. It is probably because the hotel is too old and the wires are too deep to be renovated. But the phone in the bathroom is connected, but it can only answer calls

It's nice and cozy. There is a decent pool on the roof and sauna. The gym is lacking a bit in machines but you can get by. Food in the restaurant is good. Rooms are very nice. Lacking a decent working table.

open kitchen and they have provided a few plates and spoons for our use. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, etc. Overall it was a nice experience and i recommend this place

Great hotel for a couple of days in the city. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room might be a little dated, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and that's what matters most

Comfortable stay Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed

While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the microwave works, so one may heat food up

Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom
