The breakfast offers a wide variety, but it's mainly Western and Indian food, which might not suit Chinese palates. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the complimentary theme park tickets are a nice touch

The pool is heated, which is great for kids, though it can get crowded and is a bit shallow

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service was excellent. They even gave us complimentary park tickets. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and they also provided chocolates

- Pool wasn’t very clean and 2 of us ended up with itchy rashes after using it. The pool staff was really friendly tho and the pool in itself is great

Booking this hotel comes with free tickets, and the number of tickets matches the number of guests in the booking, which makes it great value for money

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the room was spacious, clean, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which offered additional comfort.

We had our Iftar today at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was a wonderful experience. All the food was amazing and the variety was great. The staff were very kind, attentive, and the service was excellent

It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do. Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented

A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect

Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island. Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket

Because of their calm and supportive approach, we were still able to relax and truly enjoy our Iftar. Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality. It made our evening very special

I spent a week at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island this March, and it was an unforgettable experience overall. The hotel’s design is striking and modern, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere from the moment you arrive

This hotel is located right next to the F1 track in Abu Dhabi, and the building itself is very striking. The rooms directly face the track, so even without a race, you can still soak up some of the atmosphere

The real highlight for me, however, was the spectacular view of the Formula 1 race track—watching cars zip by from the comfort of the balcony was something truly special, even during non-race events and practice sessions

Was upgraded to a premium trackside room, big thanks to the friendly front desk staff for their help! The breakfast spread was amazing and the service was excellent

The bathtub wasn't working very well, which was the only downside

The Garage restaurant has a fantastic view directly overlooking the race track, which was a huge plus!

2️⃣ I recommend bringing your own showerhead to replace the hotel's; I felt the water pressure was insufficient and not comfortable for showering

Arrived early morning and the staff suggested to take a shower at the gym / swimming pool and I can have a rest either on the sun deck or at the relaxation room. The best nap I had ever .

We were right by the pool, so the singing and dancing at night were quite loud. We didn't encounter any major problems and slept very well

The light above the bathroom sink was broken, making it a bit dim, but I didn't think it was a major problem. 3️⃣ Soundproofing probably depends on the location

I carried my luggage up myself; perhaps if I had parked at the front desk, there might have been a luggage service? I didn't try, so I don't know

1️⃣ The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was very new and clean. I didn't find any hygiene issues in my room

They always made sure we had everything we needed, like water bottles, fresh towels, or tea cups. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, always smiling and very respectful

Vera, who was taking care of the pool area, was also amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always there when we needed something. The staff really creates comfort here

The taxis here are very cheap and it’s roughly only £5-6 to get to Yas island, we went off on trips several days. The wonderful Keshila on the front desk let us check in early when we arrived and upgraded our room…

Very close to Yas Island with shuttle bus availability. Staff was amazing and always greets you with a smile. Never hesitated to help. If im ever in Abu Dhabi again, will definitely be my top pick from no

I would like to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping team - Aru, Jared, and Nayan were absolutely amazing. They cleaned our room every day, and every time we walked in, we were truly impressed

The service is very kind and welcoming, which makes the whole stay truly relaxing. Edwin helped us a lot with our luggage and drove us to our villa. He was always helpful, reliable, and very friendly

Great service with the Luxury room and our family enjoy to stay here in one night, especially my child love the huge swimming pool which is never seen in Asia.

The breakfast at the hotel's executive lounge is great and highly recommended. They even provided ***** New Year gifts for Chinese guests, which was a very thoughtful touch

The environment and service here are excellent, truly top-notch. Responses are quick and efficient. The Chinese lady at the front desk was also incredibly nice and patient

The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay

With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

I’m sure more would return if this happened. All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff

Everything went great. We will definitely come back again. The best hotel in Abu Dhabi for a family vacation with children, and what a beach. Just fantastic.

I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool

And the food—absolutely incredible! Each meal was a delightful experience, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Thank you for making our visit so memorable

We truly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu, especially the amenities—we loved and appreciated every moment of it

However the water in the pools was too cold for it to be pleasant. We are all water lovers but none of us really went in. The Hemingway bar was good and open very late

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff

The hotel itself doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel, our room was drab, dull and airless, despite being a luxury suite. The fridge was empty and the only drink available was warm water in plastic bottles

A bottle of Spanish wine (which we know very well) was £70 but sells in Spain for under £5. I would like to mention Vignesh in the Hemingway bar and Presanna in the West Bay lounge for their excellent service

The hotel seems to be very popular with visitors and We found that the pool area was congested. The gym is okay for cardio with the treadmills and cross trainers, however lacks in variety and is small

Addressing Disparities in Service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi I am writing to express my observations regarding the service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, which I have frequented during my travels as an African professional in international sectors

On two separate occasions, I felt a marked reluctance from the porter to assist with parking my vehicle or to allocate a driver, a stark contrast to the prompt and proactive assistance offered to a European guest who arrived just before me

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect when staying at this hotel but it was fantastic. The room was very big and included a bathtub which was great. Location was right next to Abu Dhabi mall and galleria mall

I asked for an iron and ironing board and it was brought right to my room. The gym was great and had a lot of useful equipment compared to other hotels. Thanks to Alice and Asad for being very helpful

The Southern Sun hotel has a welcoming entrance reception hall. The rooms are spacious and clean and everywhere that you go there's a lovely fresh odour smell. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful

It was also placed under the foot of the bed, making the foot of the bed higher than the head. The pool was great, and the kids had a lot of fun, playing several times without any issues

I'm not sure why, but on the last day, after coming back from the pool just before leaving, I developed a red rash on my chest

It was only when someone who appeared to be a local made a request that all four desks opened. I'm not sure if it's a temporary offer, but the hotel provided theme park tickets, which was a nice surprise

Everything was excellent – the cleanliness, location, and facilities. Even though I could hear car engines and airplanes past midnight, the noise wasn't bothersome

As a racing fan, I actually enjoyed it! However, during check-in, only one of the four front desks was open, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes

One of the tickets for SeaWorld had an issue, but the hotel quickly resolved it

There is a swimming pool with a lifeguard and spa treatments (which we didn't try). Finally, there's a park within easy walking distance and a view of the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

This stay exceeded my expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as a highly-rated hotel in the area! Check-in was extremely efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering information on nearby attractions and restaurant recommendations

The staff was very friendly and ready to help at all levels (housekeeping, reception, restaurant). The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes (Asian, Emirati, and Western cuisine)

The room was perfect for a long stay with kitchen and laundry area. All the staff are cheerful, respectful and very helpful. The room was immaculately kept throughout my stay, a special thanks to Anita & Jeba

I did face a small issue during my stay, but the administration handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Their prompt response and care made me feel valued as a guest
