Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Staff are clueless when asked a question and apart from breakfast staff no one seemed interested. This lack of customer service made me think this place don't care about customers and this I do not recommend. Please train staff to attend to customers...

The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the last couple of years. Excellent service, the food is excellent and the staff is fabulous and extremely friendly (special shoutout to the Chef’s Kalana and May, who never fail to put a smile on my face and are always friendly and accommodating). It’s a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and will definitely be back in the future

Every time I return to Ramada Corniche Hotel, it continues to impress. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure. It would be even better if they offered a discount for loyal guests who return regularly. Truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and supermarkets around it. I stayed there for a night only and used the room just for a sleeps night after an event in abu dhabi. The location is excellent with great views. The room was OK, needs updating. the bathroom needs to be renovated. The pool was really nice. The spa area is excellent. Really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Breakfast buffet was very good.
