The hotel room was spacious, and the twin beds at 1. 4 meters were perfect for two adults and one child. It's right in the city center, and the mall directly across the street covers all your dining and shopping needs

The hotel is very close to the bus station, which is convenient for traveling between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The breakfast spread is also excellent. There's a small, clear, and clean swimming pool on the rooftop.

Grocery store and gas station were close by. I was able to have an iron and ironing board. Had to ask for air freshener to spray since you are not allowed to open a window. Gym was okay, treadmill needs to be updated

The Hotel is nice but it needs some more help like the food corner it's so small and there was so many people I couldn't eat Peace it was so noisy but the food was nice hot and delicious and I love it so much

Every thing is perfect except the elevator bell my room was very far from the elevator but every time you can hear the elevator bell, specifically at night not easy to sleep with that sound

There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try

Comforting stay, Nice room in a gr8 location. Cool, Courteous and helpful staff. Free flow of water bottles, coffee , tea and milk sachets as and when asked for

The location of the hotel is great and it’s accessible to many public locations and it’s at the downtown area. The central bus station is just 4mins away by car and walking about 13mins

There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. A bus stop is just a short walk away, and you can go anywhere by transferring buses

The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was delicious. I was happy they had hot milk!

It felt like one staff member was doing multiple jobs at the apartment. I initially didn't expect much concierge service, but Daniel helped us store and deliver our luggage to the room

Every morning when leaving or returning, we'd see him and other lovely, friendly front desk staff in the lobby! The lobby is small, but every employee speaks to guests with a smile and is incredibly patient with children! Thank you, Daniel, Hayley, and all the other front desk staff! We stayed for 7 days, and I must say this is one of the best hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi I have ever come across. Right from check-in to check-out, everything was perfect – the staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Comfortable stay Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed

While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the microwave works, so one may heat food up

Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom

Their pool is not big but its okay because there not too much people go to Pool. Wifi is not strong but its okay. Room looks clean but some amenities need to be requested

Overnight parking available near the masjid. Normally parking should be an issue as it's located in a residential place. But here abundant parking spaces are available

Kasser in front desk, housekeeping is very helpful provide everything you'd need and want, the location is pretty nice Qasr Al Hosn around 5 Mins away with the car and Khalidiya Also around 4-5 mins away, overall it is amazing, don't make the outside interior make you stay away try it you won't regret it

Full size refrigerator and freezer was helpful for my weeklong stay so I could shop and cook at home with the microwave and cook top and dishes

Although the hotel may look a bit disappointing from the outside, the inside is a lot more surprising than you'd expect, the rooms are newed which are amazing there are electric ovens there which are pretty powerful, rooms are very good

Place is ok. Not the best location for tourists. Most of room facilities were broken when I checked in but they fixed it the following day. Overall it's ok and cheap for long stays.

The apartment staffs are helpful but the facilities provided are not up to the expectations.
