Had a great stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab . The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. We stay here often when we go to Abu Dhabi because it's close to where we have business. The hotel rooms feel dated compared to the Sofitel Obelisk where we always stay in Dubai. The rooms are smoking/non-smoking and I wish if the rooms were non-smoking to be that as you can smell the smoke being covered up. The food is always good. We order every time.

Very comfortable room. However, when I tried to plug in my charger in the socket behind the TV cabinet, I noticed lots of dust, debris, plastic wraps from chocolates and waste papers left there unchecked. The hotel is looking a little bit dated and needs some investment and upgrades. Bedding is not up to usual standards for Sheraton, and in fact hotel is no longer part of the marriott bonvoy system, so no privileges. Rooms are spacious, but there was no desk in my room for working with laptop and bathroom a little small. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited.
