The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was huge which we didnt expect but we love it. Will definitely book again when we are travelling to Abu Dhabi

Excellent value and service.
We booked our room through Booking and stayed here as a couple. The check-in process was very straight-forward and everyone was really helpful.
We had breakfast and dinner all-you-can-eat buffets at one of the hotel's restaurants (the one on the ground-floor) both of which were quite tasty with had enough variety.
The room was way more than enough spacious for two persons. We were very happy with the inclusion of an ironing board and a hairdryer. Thank you to everyone from housekeeping that kept the room in excellent condition throughout the entire of our stay (5-nights), and especially Bimala for being super helpful.
There is a bus stop quite close to the hotel, but we recommend taking a taxi. However, be aware that the front-door can get quite crowded with all of the cars parking there.
The hotel is situated quite near to the city center but not quite walking-distance.
The overall experience was extremely positive and we would 100% stay here again, if we ever visit the city again.

Had a great stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab . The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. However, I had to call the reception three times to get the water and tea counter refilled, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good experience, but service efficiency could be improved.

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms.
The breakfast and dinner buffet spread had excellent value for money.
Above all else, the service was top notch. Everyone was approachable and eager to assist. Very much unlike the snobs at Hala Arjan.
Recommended and will definitely check in again.

Al Diar Mina Hotel! The service was exceptional, rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was incredibly convenient. The staff's warm hospitality made our stay memorable.

The condition of this hotel is absolutely appalling—worse than a zoo. It is completely unfit for human beings or even animals. The environment is filthy, unhealthy, and shockingly unclean. This is by far the most disappointing and unacceptable experience I have ever encountered.

Absolutely horrible hotel to stay. The lift hardly works. The room key doesn't work most of the time , I had a cockroach in my hotel room, a cracked toilet that was fixed together using adhesives , there was extremely loud music all night from the nightclub on the first floor ensuring you'll never have a good sleep and AC wasn't even working on the second night we stayed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be filing a complaint to the municipality to take action. Extremely poor hotel to stay in.

Loud and noisy all night. Very old and not renovated since the 80's maybe!
Balcony was very dirty and full of cigarette butts.
Breakfast was very bad and hash browns were fried in automotive oils apparently!! It would damage anyone's health, and most people eat without checking...
But it was too oily, so i put a napkin to absorb some oil and found this terrible colored oil!!
Also no parking, nearest parking was a 15 minutes walk.

We had a really big apartment for a good price which was good, everything was nice and clean except the toilet which was leaking all time long and it was a bit weird when I tried to fall asleep. Anyway, breakfast was really bad, even there was a lot of things to choose from almost everything was fried and naan for example was old and stiff. Another thing was the noise from the clubs they have in there, it was just too much, overall 3/10
