Great hotel with a really high quality service and room service, best for short and long stay in Ajman.

I would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me. she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice

Their attentive service made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our visit. ( i was not able to get his name but I think he is Nigerian). Our experience at the pool was equally remarkable

The food is delicious, and the rooms are large. The weakest point is the housekeeping. On the first day, the cleaning was good

Summary of things we liked: - An opportunity to occupy part of a villa with your own patio close to nice waterfront / promenade for a very reasonable price (by UAE standards of course) is unbeatable - Master Suite (living room with sofa, kitchen area, bedroom) was of a decent size for 2 adults with a kid - Hotel has a pool which seems to be ok though we preferred to use the pool in Holiday International...

Fair to say when I brought this issue to reception they came in 5 min to do the job - They have induction stove in room but no pot or pan to cook so we had to use microwave all the time - Although hotel is well placed right on a beautiful promenade there is no direct access to it from hotel grounds and you need to walk 5-7 min to get to waterfront - Local beach is about 10-15 min drive, but my kid...

Winter sea in UAE is chilly anyway - Generally Sharjah is a less fancy and much more conservative compared to Dubai while hassle free visiting Dubai is by taxi (public transport links are quite weak) which is rather costly (though local taxis seem to be cheaper compared to Dubai)

Location is very good. Near to all the needed places such as hospital, shoping mall and food. Mosque is woderfull

the service is very good and very helpful. they have restaurant too and its not that expensive, also the food is delicious. we stayed 2 nights and they offered a cleaning service at the second day

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The location is excellent and the staff were extremely polite, friendly.

the location is near by the road so its a little bit noisy, but it was near by the hypermarket too. overall, it was a very recommended hotel

They have a mini refrigerator in their standard room, but the room is not soundproof

8 bus stops right outside the hotel (not on Google Maps), then you transfer to the 307 toward Dubai; on the way back, the 307 drops you off far enough away that you’re stuck with about a 20-minute walk back to the hotel through a dense poverty-stricken neighborhood

Also, the area outside the window could use a good cleanup; there was trash and cigarette butts

Great hotel, can definitely recommend. Furniture is not new, but working properly, bed very comfortable. Teapot & fridge in the room (though fridge is barely working)

Small pool, sauna & gym (for ladies available until midday). Very close to marvelous beach, tasty cafés around. Nesto supermarket is also not far away

No slippers in the room, but staff provided upon request without problems. Great option if your point of interest in Sharjah is beach, beach, beach!

The hotel was okay, the breakfast was okay, but what was really terrible was that we wanted to go to the private beach across the street, and they only accepted cash—there was no way to pay by card

There's only one supermarket nearby, and even that's not the best one. There are no pedestrian crossings nearby, and the paving on the opposite side of the road is currently being replaced

We were initially assigned a room directly across from the construction site, so instead of sleeping, we enjoyed the sounds of excavators driving back and forth and construction workers bickering; they're no problem on Saturday night

The icing on the cake: around 4:40 PM, they unceremoniously kick you off your sunbed, take away your mattress, and place your sunbed in a row next to the umbrella. You can sit there, but it's not very pleasant

The beach is small, with lots of small debris in the sand in places (cigarette cigarette butts, cellophane, bird feathers), and we found 3-4 pieces of glass (not sharp, but still) on the shore every day

The hotel doesn't have its own beach, but they have an agreement with another hotel, Lou'lou'a Beach Resort. However, beach towels aren't always provided after lunch (they're taken away)

The hotel breakfasts are mediocre: a steady diet of greens (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce), sour pineapple, and underripe watermelon, along with fried samosas and spring rolls

The rooms are recently renovated, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The meals are delicious and offer a wide variety of choices

Sharjah Carlton Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, thanks especially to its polite and helpful staff

The reception team is very courteous — one receptionist, in particular, stood out for their kindness and even spoke Armenian! The hotel features a private beach just a one-minute walk away

We are not picky about food and the environment at all, but here there is a real problem with both 👎🏽, I won't even mention the staff, rude, abrupt, they took three eggs from breakfast, the cleaner flew up to us like a ****** and started yelling at the whole canteen (I can't call this place anything else): "Madam, madam, you owe 100 dirhams quickly!!!" 🤣🤦🏼♀️, almost killed for three eggs)))) there...

Disappointment ((( This is not the first time in the UAE, the last time was in September, but in Ajman, also 4 stars on the first line, the hotel is fire 🔥! We took this hotel 3 days before the flight

As a result, every day, these seemingly small things become annoying. Our vacation was so-so, and we'll never set foot in this hotel again. I don't recommend it, but you can always give it a try

Good hotel, the location is close to the sea, about 10 mins by foot to the beach. If you need to rent an umbrella and a sun lounger, then you need to go further, about 20-25 mins by foot from the hotel

Everything was good about the hotel. The only problems were that they did not provide toothbrushes and the TV was not smart TV, did not have enough options to watch on TV.

Also free shuttle buses are provided. There are all needed things in the room: safe, hairdryer, kettle. Good breakfast! The staff is very friendly! Would recommend

Nice hotel in the city center. 15 minutes way by car to the beach. Hotel provides shuttle bus 1 time a day to Al Khan beach (Lou Lou beach) and a bus to Coral beach either. Also there are shuttle buses to go to malls

Reception is on the third floor; Ground floor only used for valet parking and for bell boy services. The hotel is located in the center of everything, close to Sharjah City Center and the Blue Gold Souq

The only downside is that Sharjah is a bit far out, and the hotel itself feels like a maze – I got lost in it every day! On the plus side, the breakfast offers a good variety, catering well to health-conscious guests

Brilliant hospitality: with great food options different on every occassion and very well presented in our all inclusive package we really enjoyed a very relaxed atmosphere during all eating times
