After a rather lack lustre few days at Raffles the Palm in Dubai - as soon as the valet opened our car door, we knew things were about to DRASTICALLY improve! We booked this hotel when it was operating as an Oberoi (our favourite hotel chain in the world) so were a little concerned when we were informed they were moving away, and feared their usual immaculate levels of service would be compromised

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile

Good relaxation from concrete jungle During the day or evenings they have a DJ playing as well to make the atmosphere or mood better, think her name is DJ Atlanta

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future

The location is perfect and convenient, with everything nearby. The service overall was excellent, and I truly felt relaxed and welcomed during my stay

Rema was excellent and took care of us by the pool. Abhi and Tanweer kept checking we were ok. Hannah had the most attentive customer service. Keshav is a lifeguard and found my daughters items left at the pool

Staff were professional and really supportive throughout. One thing to note—the swimming pool is 2. 25m deep, so be careful if you’re not a swimmer. Overall, loved the experience!

We had great experience in February’24, staying in Ramada beach hotel. Hotel crew are very friendly always making stay pleasant, thank you all! The room was clean, meals were more than very nice and reach of choice

Had an amazing stay at Ramada Beach Hotel by Wyndham in Ajman. The suite was huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the beach is literally right next to the hotel

Fair to say when I brought this issue to reception they came in 5 min to do the job - They have induction stove in room but no pot or pan to cook so we had to use microwave all the time - Although hotel is well placed right on a beautiful promenade there is no direct access to it from hotel grounds and you need to walk 5-7 min to get to waterfront - Local beach is about 10-15 min drive, but my kid...

Winter sea in UAE is chilly anyway - Generally Sharjah is a less fancy and much more conservative compared to Dubai while hassle free visiting Dubai is by taxi (public transport links are quite weak) which is rather costly (though local taxis seem to be cheaper compared to Dubai)

30 am - I was puzzled by the fact that bedroom had another door instead of a window which can be opened to get some fresh air. Of course UAE is a low crime area but still you won’t leave the door open especially at night

The only issue was the shower is not working properly,the towels are very old and one of the rooms was smelly of smoking so we decided to share room with kids. But when we request additional beds they provide to us

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff provided very good service throughout my visit. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable

Upon arrival, we immediately got our room keys, checked in, and went for breakfast (30 dirhams per person). We had a great breakfast and then they took us by shuttle to the beach

We swam and sunbathed there until lunchtime, then returned to the hotel, walked around nearby, and in the evening, called a taxi to the airport

Very nice place to spend ur time in comfort. Apartment has aĺl amenities, very clean and spacious. Pool is very good with all facilities. House keeping is good , staff is friendly. Front desk staff is very good

the location is near by the road so its a little bit noisy, but it was near by the hypermarket too. overall, it was a very recommended hotel

Citymax Sharjah is in a very local part of the UAE, and getting around was more friction than it was worth. It’s a decent hotel if you have business in the area but that’s about it

The reception was sooper frendly, there was one guy in the reception forgot to ask his name he was the best charming always with a smiling face and helpful

Daily cleaning with change of towels and upgrade the stock gel,shampoo,conditioner. Separately I want to note that daily, and, if desired, and 2 times a day, you can refresh beach towels

The bathroom is not clean well also hotel provided only two potel of water per day small ones and its not enough for small kid , the pool is not cleaned well only the reception is friendly , no one assisted us once we reached the hotel to help us for luggage

The hotel facilities are relatively old. The rooms are relatively large, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. The hotel provides one breakfast, which is not very suitable for Chinese tastes.

The girl who checked in was very enthusiastic and helped solve the problem in time. Shopping around is more convenient. Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay

The hotel is on the roadside, next to a gas station, and it's convenient to take a taxi. The hotel has a strong spice smell, which may be its specialty

I stayed at the hotel from August 20 to August 28, 2023. The hotel is good, in Turkey it is 5 stars. Cool swimming pool, with waterfalls. Restaurant for 5, there is a choice of dishes

The hotel doesn't have its own beach, but they have an agreement with another hotel, Lou'lou'a Beach Resort. However, beach towels aren't always provided after lunch (they're taken away)

The room was bought in the main building with a balcony, they gave me a shabby chalet, with the first cleaning they took away personal, specially folded separately packing bags, we always take them to put our shoes away later when we fly out

Everything was good about the hotel. The only problems were that they did not provide toothbrushes and the TV was not smart TV, did not have enough options to watch on TV.

Good hotel, the location is close to the sea, about 10 mins by foot to the beach. If you need to rent an umbrella and a sun lounger, then you need to go further, about 20-25 mins by foot from the hotel

Also free shuttle buses are provided. There are all needed things in the room: safe, hairdryer, kettle. Good breakfast! The staff is very friendly! Would recommend

Nice hotel in the city center. 15 minutes way by car to the beach. Hotel provides shuttle bus 1 time a day to Al Khan beach (Lou Lou beach) and a bus to Coral beach either. Also there are shuttle buses to go to malls

Reception is on the third floor; Ground floor only used for valet parking and for bell boy services. The hotel is located in the center of everything, close to Sharjah City Center and the Blue Gold Souq
