Checking in was good although when i got the key ,, it was not working. On Friday i spoke to the receptionist regarding the AC,, engineers came and checked but nothing changed

I've booked a room named "fountain view", but the fountain was not even partially visible from the room. I had to go out to the balcony and lean and turn to left to be able to see the fountain

You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel

Booked here for a business trip. The hotel itself is located in Barsha area lots of food places/shops within close distance and a good selection too. They have a mosque close by too. The hotel itself is nice and clean
