The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but the service is good. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes great. It would be even better if they could add a noodle station for freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli. The hotel has a great location, making travel convenient. You can take the red subway line directly from the airport, and the hotel is just off the corridor bridge from the subway exit. It's also within walking distance to the Marana yacht area across the street. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The executive lounge offers nice views.

Definitely not the most value for money hotel but convenient for work commute. Hotel should consider upgrading amenities and room fixtures.

Incredibly nice hotel, this is my 2nd stay and I’d love to come here again. Breakfast is versatile, really great variety of fresh meals. People working in the breakfast area are friendly, helpful, Clarence was very nice 👍🏻 loved the room with a beautiful view, loved daily drinking water availability, really appreciate both bath tub and shower in the bathroom. Pool on the top is also nice area. We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and were touched by congratulations, wishes, cake and beautiful decorations of the room for this occasion. Also, I have to point out the proximity to the metro as one of the main benefits. Overall, nothing to complain about, my stay was great.

Café 1859 is a must-try for its incredible pastries and desserts. Rooms were spotless and very well cleaned, and the reception team was always helpful. Highly recommended!

Ms. Yadanar was incredibly kind and helpful — she took the time to explain the Wi-Fi usage in detail, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast buffet itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I especially loved that they prepared Eggs Benedict freshly on the spot, which made the experience feel even more special.
Overall, both the food and the service were outstanding. A very pleasant start to the day.

Overall had an excellent stay with staff being very nice and Manisha the housekeeper doing great job in maintaining the rooms clean. Sadly fallen ill during my stay there as the aircon appears faulty. Had a musky metallic smell in room with no windows. Would need to fix facilities.
The room itself was spacious however and also had station 1 min walk away. Would be nice to have bigger supermarkets nearby but food places are available closely and a mini supermarket. Convenient.

We had a really pleasant stay at Pullman JLT Dubai. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. The overall service was excellent and the staff was very professional. Breakfast was also very nice with good variety and quality. Special thanks to Yadanar for helping us a lot and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
