A special mention to Anishka at Reception, who was very helpful and assisted us in moving to a better room. She made everything smooth and easy for us!
Thank you as well to Ashutosh, the Front Office Manager, for allowing us a late check-out until 4 PM. We really appreciated the flexibility.
Housekeeping was excellent, especially Siva on the 11th floor. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.
We also enjoyed the complimentary steam room, which is a nice added benefit. At J Wellness Spa, Jannat was very accommodating and pleasant.
Even though Paros is currently closed, Amrit at the pool area was very warm and hospitable, making sure guests were well taken care of.
It was another great stay and I’m looking forward to coming back again!
I don’t think it’s a good hotel for families, they don’t seem very welcome. Especially given we’re here for my daughter’s birthday, this has been a very poor choice for us.
The room service staff are excellent and very kind and we’re very thankful for them.
