Al Habtoor Palace Hotel in Dubai

The hotel decor is beautiful and elegant. We really enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel generally maintains a good standard. The only minor drawback is that the room facilities are a bit dated, but it doesn't affect their general use. Overall, the experience was quite good.

The location is very convenient for driving to central attractions, and it's quiet at night. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and even during the busy Chinese New Year holiday, it wasn't crowded, which was very pleasant.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the service is top-notch. The location is ideal, close to all the attractions, yet it's quiet enough to stroll along the canal. The breakfast is excellent. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was our first time visiting Dubai, and after researching various hotels, we chose Al Habtoor Palace. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It is exceptionally peaceful at night, yet perfectly located for getting around the city.

The metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away across the bridge, and the nearby canal walkway is ideal for riding scooters or bicycles for leisure. The canal walk also connects directly to the beach areas, which was very convenient.

Transportation was never a concern—Uber and Careem were always easy to access, even during peak season. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

I would give this hotel 1,000 out of 100 without hesitation, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Dubai.

Attentive staffs upon check-in. As soon as they heard that it’s my first time staying in this hotel, a complimentary upgrade’s offered by their concierge team.

I especially enjoy the gym, swimming pool at the rooftop & the extensive choices of breakfast throughout my stay.

Overall, the hotel is still quite recommended.

Location: 10/10 Amazing, and good for our purpose. Just outside of downtown so we escape the ever worsening traffic jam. Pickup and dropoff was along a private driveway with ample space so there isnt a rushed feeling of having to quickly exit or enter the vehicles due to a backlog of cars behind. Dubai was a pretty intense city, so this was truly an oasis of calm.

Ambiance and decor: 10/10 but this is a matter of personal taste. Very elegant and oozes old world luxury. Lots of marble, high ceiling lobby, truly a palatial experience.

Rooms: 10/10 we were so comfortable we didnt want to leave. Massive beds, lots of space and strong air conditioning. Well maintained and very clean with evening turndown service.

Breakfast: 7.5/10 Very good breakfast and very functional. Mainly international and local dishes. Good enough for our purpose.

Meal options: 6.5/10 This was a little bit of a letdown as the room service, and lunch menu at the restaurant and lobby lounge was quite basic and we had to search for lunch / afternoon meal options elsewhere. Maybe also because lunchtime traffic is not great.

Service: 10/10 every porter, restaurant staff, reception staff, concierge conveyed a sense of warmth, and really remembered my name. Upon seeing us come back to the hotel with shopping bags or crates of local fruit, a trolley was immediately loaded and taken to our room. No questions asked.
When we received a delivery just as we were about to go out, the porter immediately offered to take it to our room to save us the trouble of walking back to the room. I forgot his name, but he was from a place called Kandy in Sri Lanka. Special mention also to Isaac.

Overall a 9.8 from me. I would stay again.
