I’ve stayed at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers multiple times and I’m always happy to come back. The service is consistently good, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and it’s great value for money! A great hotel for staying in Dubai. I stayed here for a week — the hotel is new, clean, modern, and very well maintained. You can see the tall hotel across the highway and metro from Dubai Marina. As expected from the Taj brand, the hospitality is excellent. The clientele is predominantly Indian, but it's a brand new hotel that is very clean and luxurious.

Our expectations were much higher. The in-room control tablet used to order services and amenities was not working. We waited almost 50 minutes for breakfast, and our luggage was misplaced during checkout. We also noticed stains on the carpet in the corridors. The bathroom smells like sewage. The smell never goes away. The hotel staff were very kind and this is likely something out of their control but something a traveler should be aware of. We did tell them several times. Love the ambiance of the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly.

Mostly came for the pool, but it's also a lovely hotel. Pool is nice, recommend to go for sunset so you have both day/night view. A pilgrimage to Versace. Absolutely thrilled! Luxury and extravagance are the main themes. The pool area feels like a nightclub. This is the most affordable luxury hotel you'll find in Dubai, and it's not overrun by Chinese tourists.

The hotel is luxurious and comfortable, with warm and attentive staff. Even in the early hours of the morning, the service staff didn't slack off. We encountered some issues during our stay, but the duty manager was quick to coordinate and resolve them. Breakfast was just average; the food, facilities, and service staff all need improvement.

I visited for dinner has such a luxurious vibe, just like its brand. The design is stunning, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and they even have shisha for those who enjoy it. It’s definitely a spot that feels classy and comfortable at the same time

Ok ok type of stay. Not much welcoming staff. St evening after 6pm area near the hotel gets so busy that you need around 30 minutes to reach to the hotel from 3km away. Suggestion is to avoid this hotel. Though the metro station is near, it's useful for only for couple of destinations. Not for something like dessert safari, Dhow cruise. It will take forever to reach to the hotel.
