C Central Resort the Palm in Dubai

We had an amazing stay at C Central Resort The Palm! The accommodation was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
The staff were outstanding from reception lady & Ajit, valet Shakeel & Sheeba, concierge, housekeeping, to the restaurant team. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very attentive. A special mention to the Filipino captain at the restaurant who provided exceptional service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.Always wearing his smile and pleasant atmosphere all the time. Breakfast buffet was excellent, too many choices.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely rooftop area offering a fantastic view, great ambiance to chill and relax. We also enjoyed the spa the following day, which was relaxing and well worth it.
We stayed for two weeks and truly felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back again.

I really liked staying at C-Centers. The service here is very good. The staff there is very helpful. I will especially recommend Abdul Qadeer. He has helped a lot and has been a great guide. We also have a Shakeel driver. Thank you very much.

Fantastic hotel all the staff are very polite.
The reception, tour tickets and concierge staff are fantastic. Victoria in the restaurant is always very kind. The driver, Mohammad Musawir provide us with an excellent service and some great conversations about old school Cricketers. Finally the coffee bar staff have been brilliant especially with our daughter discussing all things Lilo and Stitch. A friendly and family hotel hidden amongst the sprawling resorts within the palm. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. Everything was excellent – the food, the drinks, the service, and the overall atmosphere.
We had the all-inclusive package, but we didn’t get to use it very much because we were out exploring most of the time, and when we returned to the hotel, the services were already closed. Even so, our experience was very enjoyable.
A special thank you to the bartenders Avishek and Pankaj – they were outstanding: very friendly, professional, and always smiling. Especially Avishek, who made excellent drinks and truly made our evenings even better.
Also, big compliments to the chefs for the delicious food – everything was fresh and very tasty.
Because of the great service and these wonderful people, we wanted to leave this review. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

I had an amazing experience at this resort. The hospitality and service were top-notch, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile. At check-in, Hakim gave us full details about the amenities and was kind enough to provide early check-in.

Our room was beautifully decorated for our special day and had a perfect sea view with all the necessary amenities. The pool was temperature-controlled for the weather, and the beach was right next to it, offering a calm and relaxing environment.

The resort has a rooftop restaurant that offers an amazing night view of Atlantis as well as the Marina. The food was excellent, and our pizza order was even customized to suit our vegetarian preferences. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for one of the best beach-access options at Palm Jumeirah.

Good location. Palm. New hotel. Sunny side (for early April it was important). Pool view to the bay and the city.
The manager Loki was very pleasant and helpful to us.
Free shuttle to the malls. Very good food (breakfast and dinner), clean, big new rooms.
In the morning you can meet the sunrise on the other side of the palm tree.

From the minuses the proximity to water treatment plant. It is better to leave to swim to the right. Hotel prices is higher than other hotels in Dubai Marina.

Not a 5 star hotel but close to that. Nothing to complaint. Pool is warm. Beach is super. Food is ok, there are some quality main dish everyday, but mostly the same sides everyday. Beach towels free and you get them near pool bar.

A beautiful space with amazing staff. The all inclusive was very good with some spirits and cocktails available and some international beers (cans not draught). The pool area and beach was amazing, with a view of some of Dubai's amazing builders across the water! I was a solo traveller and enjoyed it a lot - left me feeling relaxed. For couples, or in a group of friends I think the experience would be further heightened again. I hope to visit again!

Just wrapped up my stay at this hotel, and overall, it was great—but let’s dive into the details, both sweet and spicy:

The room? Loved it! Well-decorated and cozy, though my mattress cover was playing a game of “too small to fit”—kind of like trying to squeeze into jeans from 10 years ago. If you’re a light sleeper, though, go for the seaside rooms. My spot above the entrance came with a free concert of car doors slamming and tourists arriving fashionably late.

Staff? Top-notch! From reception to concierge to valet, they were like a dream team in a heist movie—efficient, charming, and ready to impress. Housekeeping deserves a medal too; they probably made my bed better than I ever have.

Breakfast? A Michelin-starred masterpiece. The only complaint? The breakfast spread made my plate look like a culinary version of Tetris. Pool and beach? Stunning, but waiting an hour for a drink? I was about to give up and dive into the pool to catch my own water.

Now for the roof terrace… oh boy. It looked like paradise—until I ordered an Irish coffee that came out as iced coffee with curdled cream. I’ve never been afraid of a drink before, but this one gave me the creeps. After a few rounds of awkward back-and-forth, they got it right. But it wasn’t the staff’s fault—they really tried! It’s clear they need better training and someone in charge to step up. Management, I’m looking at you.

The final kicker? The music was so loud it felt like we were at a nightclub, not a classy terrace. We had to yell just to ask for the bill. In short, it chased us away faster than a seagull after fries.

Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. But they need to tweak a few things before it goes from great to spectacular.
