Very nice buffet break fast! Variety of food for dinner buffet however I loved the breakfast more! Spa is very friendly and nice massage experience! Pool is very clean and quiet. As a single parent, there was a safe section for kids to play while I was swimming which is a blessing not worrying about them while relaxing

We stayed at this hotel as a familly for 5 nights. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived till we left.

I had an amazing stay at Al Rotana Creek Hotel Room 313. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk team, especially Lucy, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her warm attitude truly set the tone for the whole stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent — everything felt fresh, tidy, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day.
A special mention also goes to Satish at the restaurant, whose service was exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and made sure every meal experience was perfect.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-quality service, cleanliness, and comfort. I will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at the Christmas Brunch — truly one of the best experiences ever! The food was delicious, the DJ kept the vibe lively, and the hospitality was outstanding. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, especially Mr. Mina Alfy for his warm and attentive service. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Rotana on the Arjaan side for almost two years with our toddler, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What made our time there so special was the impeccable service from every department. We met so many wonderful people along the way, and each of them played a part in making the hotel feel like home.

The housekeeping team — Krishna, Ali, Ahmed, Shyam, Nabaraj, and the rest — genuinely became part of our family. Their exceptional care, attention to detail, and constant thoughtfulness made our daily life so comfortable. They always anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect for the week ahead.

Every time we returned from our outings, we were greeted with the warmest smiles from Abid, Manoj, Amit, Lokman, Rajan, and Mehari. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for every single day. They even went above and beyond when it was time for us to move out, making a difficult transition feel smooth and supported.

We recommended this hotel to our family many times, and they loved staying there too — especially enjoying Gusto and Morgan’s. If I’ve forgotten to mention anyone by name, please forgive me; so many incredible people made our stay unforgettable.

We miss this hotel dearly because the people there became like family to us. We made lovely memories there and would love to return again soon. Thank you for making our time there so special, especially for our baby.

Spa is always lovely, pool is very relaxing, very good gym.
