First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool "Olympic", keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc

I saw two managers rebuffing personnel in plain view - where is the discretion? The staff is very nice, friendly, trying their best to accommodate all requests

We had very good memories out there the staff are so friendly and supportive, room service are superb and the food has a good variety

Hotel is claiming 5 stars but in fact even 4 stars is too much for the present situation. Entering the lobby you wander if they heard about "Interior design"

With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status

The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things. The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location

I went there during the week and used a day pass so I didn't use the rooms but I saw some nice chalet options. It was very calm during the day. The infinity pool and the beach were very nice overlooking Snoopy Island

For those who love snorkeling, you can swim with turtles, which is such a special experience. It only takes about 1–2 hours to drive from Dubai, and staying here feels absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway

hotel is not new, but for staycation average level is suitable. We took a transparent boat and we swim to the island. Breakfast was also tasty, there is a restaurant outdoor with island’s view and karaoke indoor

Cons: on weekends, locals come and have barbecues, making noise until after midnight, and the soundproofing is not great. Also, it's a bit difficult to get there as it's quite far, especially from Abu Dhabi

This is Best and most affordable Hotel in Sharjah found in a very strategic location with very helpful and polite staffs, well equipped gym and swimming pool. I will recommend my friends to visit this hotel always.

Location is perfect, just in front of shoreline and access to private hotel beach. Lots of eateries around and long 2-3km walkway which is quite comfortable for morning exercises

Mount Royal is very nice hotel if you are looking where to sleep and rest at night. Price is affordable and free breakfast. I stay in the hotel for 5 nights last June 23 to 27, 2017 and never encountered any problem.

Think they came for shopping as they are always moving shrink wrapped bags up and down. Hotel Management needs to create a special reception for them away from public glare if they still have to accommodate them
