Fantastic Family Stay at beachfront hotel! We had an unforgettable family vacation at this stunning beachfront hotel. The spacious rooms with breathtaking sea views were perfect for relaxing

The hotel's buffet dinner is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are several other restaurants on-site, all with amazing atmospheres. On our first day, the hairdryer wasn't working well

If I ever come back to the UAE, I'd definitely choose the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah again. You can literally spend all day lounging on the beach here and not want to go anywhere else

It turned out they were in my own backpack all along! But before we realized that, the front office manager was incredibly kind and supportive, always smiling and patiently assisting me

The staff kindly helped us replace it, though the second one wasn't great either. But on the second night, they brought us a brand-new hairdryer, which was much appreciated!

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special

The suite is spacious, and the French-style decor is simple yet elegant. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room. The staff were all very accommodating, and even for a chill city like Dubai, the service was quite fast

The hotel has its own small beach, next to the public beach there are beautiful beach restaurants, with planned architecture and unique beauty. Sharjah is, without a doubt, a place to spend a long vacation

Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. But it's hard to find anything better in Dubai for this price

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr

Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music

The beach is fantastic; in the evenings, there are many hermit crabs and live shellfish active on the beach after the tide recedes. The BBQ crabs by the sea were delicious, and there was free alcohol too

Sitting on the balcony and looking at the view of off-white roofs and the clear blue sea in the distance is incredibly relaxing

To cut costs, guests were packed into a small dining space, which made the experience feel crowded and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and premium. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations

These were key selling points when booking, and while they may have been mentioned somewhere beforehand, the reality is that the experience on arrival felt significantly reduced and misleading

There were not enough staff available, and management was noticeably absent. Concerns were left to junior staff and supervisors who were not empowered to resolve issues effectively, leading to frustration and delays

The Reception & Concierge team were top notch and I always got my queries to Guest Services team resolved by Christcentia who understood, followed up and addressed my requests to the support teams

Noteworthy were the staff who were ready and at hand to assist and serve always going above and beyond to ensure my experience there was smooth and homely

Clean hotel, good wifi, not a wide selection of food but good breakfast, good service. Location is Near metro station, pharmacy , supermarket and several eateries. Overall is a very good service apartment

My flight arrived early in the morning, and when I came to check in around 10:30 AM, Siya at the front desk arranged a room for me within about 30 minutes. It was incredibly helpful after a long journey

You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic 7 day stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina by IHG. We stayed in Room 3002, a spacious and very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a longer stay

The apartment was well maintained, clean and ideal for families or groups

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Marina, with the tram just across the road and easy walking access to JBR Beach, Marina Mall and many restaurants
