The hotel is close to Yas Island, but quite far from the areas where other major attractions are located. I'd suggest staying downtown or near the Louvre if you're not specifically planning to visit the theme parks

On the second night, the bathroom light suddenly turned on by itself in the middle of the night. We also ordered room service, and the food was excellent. This is a hotel with very clear pros and cons

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay

It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job

I’ve had the pleasure to meet Caroline and Nawal! They are so patient and are more than welcomed to help you with anything during your stay! Also the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance whether it’s a 10 min walk to the marina or 2-3 min walk for a bite to eat

Very nice hotel and nice location they are using a very low cost kind In-room amenities like soap, shampoo, and slippers are lacking, and there's no welcome service upon arrival such as offering coffee and dates

We had a fantastic time at Al Bahar resort. The resort is clean and the beds are comfortable. Their breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. We booked two rooms for me and my family

My family and I loved everything and we highly recommend this hote/resort to any families who want to spend a relaxing and quality time away from the city

They upgraded us into a large two-bedroom apartment that had a large kitchen with three toilets. The manager and staff were friendly and caring

Having Billy, the Harris Hawke, and his friendly handler on patrol to keep sparrows from stealing unattended food on the restaurant balcony was very special. Free access to the observation deck was a nice bonus

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior

Other than that, everything else was good, especially the 74th-floor observation deck, which is definitely worth visiting (it's free for guests, but external visitors have to pay)

The room wasn't very big, and the carpet felt a bit dirty. The view wasn't clear either, due to dust and sand on the outside of the building

There is a huge DFC mall, about 5 min walk from the hotel & is connected by a linkway bridge. There are hypermarkets like Carrefour & Lulu, IKEA, food court, restaurants & other shops

We arrived three hours before check in time but the agent at desk said, the rooms are ready so why not check in now? We we so pleased because we were exhausted and needed to rest

My stay at W Dubai hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Dubai

The staff in housekeeping, concierge, restaurant, and at Wet Deck were all very friendly! The pool lifeguards clean the pool and sun loungers daily; their hygiene standards are super strict! However, there's a short-haired male staff member at the front desk who is very mean… I encounter him every time I visit

The room was very comfortable, and I particularly loved the balcony and the bathroom. If your room faces the Palm, you can see most of Dubai's landmarks from the balcony

The bathroom, designed with various colored glass, I found very interesting. Having stayed multiple times, my favorite aspect is still the atmosphere W creates – it's incredibly relaxing

When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine

Sea view is not a sea view. Too far from sea

The suite is spacious, and the French-style decor is simple yet elegant. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room. The staff were all very accommodating, and even for a chill city like Dubai, the service was quite fast

And the food for both meals is fantastic. Dinner offers a seafood buffet with a wide variety of seafood and fish

There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location. Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service

From the window, you can see the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and the sea. Enjoying a drink on the balcony is quite relaxing. Third, the hotel includes two meals a day, either breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch

There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back

View is great, beach view and you can see blue water. One thing that make me suprise is the dental kit. Dental kit is mandatory amenities, so you need to call house keeping whenever you need it everyday.

Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk

And the food—absolutely incredible! Each meal was a delightful experience, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Thank you for making our visit so memorable

We recently stayed at this hotel last minute as our travel plans to another country had changed. We stayed in the resort view one bedroom suite. We had an excellent experience

Simsim's breakfast was quite substantial, the dinner buffet was a bit average, Turtle Bay was delicious—the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all excellent

The Italian restaurant and bistro offered light meals and also deserve praise. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Satyath Island again
