Location: 35 km from the airport Dubai, in Dubai Marina, on the shore of a picturesque artificial harbour. The building is connected by an indoor walkway to the new shopping center Dubai Marina Mall. Close to metro station and the main thoroughfare of the city. Nearby are Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Consists of two hundred luxurious rooms in the 48-storey building.
Beach: public, sandy, 1 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Shuttle bus to the beach: not provided (open to the sandy beach of Jumeirah beach residence is a 15 minute walk). The beach is 2 km away. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
Upon arrival a Deposit is about 500 dirham per stay; Deposit is returned to DHS.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and every request was handled quickly and professionally. My room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the Marina.

The customized elements—from superb dining suggestions to the stunning room decor provided both at check-in and on my birthday itself—showcased an extraordinary level of thoughtful curation. Furthermore, the daily welcoming presence of Adnan, who managed our transportation needs and offered cheerful navigational assistance, was a delightful touch. We must also extend our gratitude to the skilled artist who created our unique souvenir portrait, a charming depiction of us as polo bears, which we will treasure forever!

The concierge, Vamshi, spent weeks messaging with me before our trip to help plan a perfect itinerary for my husband’s milestone birthday. This is a celebration we will never forget because every detail was so thoughtfully personalized. From exceptional restaurant recommendations to the beautiful room decorations—both upon arrival and on the day of his birthday—everything was curated with such care. We also loved being greeted each day by Adnan’s friendly smile as he helped us get cabs and navigate the city. A very special thank you to the very talented young lady that you are portrait as polo bears.
The entire experience felt out of this world and far exceeded anything we could have imagined. We are beyond grateful to the lovely, friendly, and incredibly talented team who made this trip so special.

The room I was allocated was quite large and had a spacious bathroom with all the amenities to be expected of a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
Comfortable bed, king size with plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely balcony overlooking the Marina.
Breakfast was a real treat: high quality foods combined with friendly and fast service allowed for a lovely experience. It should be noted that the outdoor seating generally doesn't get much sunshine which it probably a good thing considering the temperature in the shade is always high enough.
One oddity that I felt took some of the gloss of the say was the lack of room maintenance. I had to purposely ask for cleaning, also never saw any evening turndown service which is the norm for this type of hotel.
Also, although you could control the room lighting from your phone, it wasn't possible to cast to the TV like Chromecast.
I stayed as an attendee of a conference and the facilities there were also of a high standard with plentiful offering of food almost all day!
The overall stay was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast team, including the chefs, were very accommodating and welcoming, making mornings a delight. The hotel has a beautiful view of the marina, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the mall, which is very convenient.
The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making the whole experience very relaxing. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to return to.
