Out of the several hotels I stayed at this trip, this one was just okay in terms of value for money. We didn't get a sea view room, so the room experience itself was pretty average

His service was top tier, the cocktails were some of the best I had on the trip and his kind and friendly manner in which he interacted with us daily will be remembered for a long time. He is truly an asset to the hotel

A big thank you to Joseph and Su for their warm hospitality! The only downside was during check-out, when our late check-out request was handled rudely, and we were asked to leave the room immediately

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The lounge access truly made it extra special – relaxing vibes, delicious food, and outstanding service

We’ve had a lovely stay at the resort, the staff was super helpful and friendly. I also had no issues with my gluten free dietary requirements

However, the outdoor facilities are excellent! There are five swimming pools and a very long private beach, perfect for a relaxing day

The location was great, it was clean, the breakfasy was good, the high top restaurant was also very nice and the view of burj khalifa was great from the restaurant.

There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable

We stayed in a King Executive Room with a sea view, which we can highly recommend to anyone planning a visit

When we stopped by around 20:30, only coffee and tea were left, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast buffet is huge with a solid variety — definitely one of the highlights of our stay

She provided excellent service at the bar, was courteous, and always ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied. Her attitude and professionalism reflect very well on your hotel

It was a wonderful family experience that went above and beyond our expectations! The fitness room was clean and perfectly arranged. The view from there was an additional bonus

The Executive Lounge is another great perk, though it would be nice if water and soft drinks were available at all times, even after 20:00 (it officially closes at 21:00)

Despite very busy check jn process. The hotel staff was helpful offering cards to enter the beach area till the check in traffic soften. AIYAM from front office was very helpful and attentive

I had a great experience with the staff, the room, the service, the beach, the pool, and the breakfast. Booking a sea view room was the best decision

Mr Hany (operation manager) has been attentive to all guests explaining to them the situation abd facilitating the check in

There's a private beach with plenty of sun loungers, and in the evening, there are live music performances by the pool.

It is one of the top tier hotels on Marjan Island, and I will definitely book again

They clean at night and it’s noisy because someone is using a pressure washer.

Location was good, not too far from the mall. Hotel staff all of them including the cleaning staff were really nice.

I spent one night at VOCO Dubai IHG and enjoyed it a lot. The check‑in was quick, the room was spacious and spotless, and the views were impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay feel effortless

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants

The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet — exactly what you hope for. I especially want to highlight the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently attentive without ever being intrusive

Any request was taken care of immediately and handled reliably. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the food was excellent throughout. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved

Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The only thing missing was a tennis court!

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

Breakfast at Ibn Majid was delicious

We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change

Booked luxury room but booking (love holidays) didn’t make clear this was king only. “Downgraded” to standard room but only difference was sea view vs partial sea view

Just a slight suggestion, with so much great things to do and buy in dubai, the hotel could add a weighting scale so to ensure we keep within the travel baggage requirements 😅 Also good to have a price list on the minibar items

The vibe at Paradiso was instantly different, in the best way. The moment we stepped out of the elevator, the music, the energy, the whole feel of the place just hit. Super chic atmosphere, but not in a pretentious way

The reception is ultra fast and I must point out a female person from Kazakhstan who was the most professional receptionist I have ever met (I think her name was Inaya or something like that) RESPECT

We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! The room is spacious, and the balcony directly overlooks the Presidential Palace and the Palace Hotel. It's very convenient to go and have coffee at the Jinbo Coffee. Service: They provided a free extra bed

Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners

The club lounge was just okay; the selection was a bit limited. Although it's accessible from 11 AM to 11 PM, I went in once in the afternoon and could only get drinks and biscuits

Taxis to the Grand Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi take about 20 minutes and cost around 40 AED. Dining: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and tasted good

Transportation: There's a shuttle bus to Yas Island's theme parks, running twice a day. The palace and presidential palace are within walking distance

The brunch was nice and enjoyable, wide variety and good quality food. The service was great, Sakuni was so sweet and was always there to ask us if we needed anything. The kids were entertained as well

I had a wonderful dining experience at MEKONG. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Special thanks to Anish, No no Ko, Shelby, Pimploy, and Anthony for their excellent service

We have just visited for a second time and have had the best time! The food is delicious, there’s lots of choice, and quite a few restaurants to eat in. The lagoon pool which runs across the entire resort is amazing

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious with a wide variety of options. I was especially impressed by the rooftop pool — everything was clean and well-maintained

We were at Rixos for four nights and had a great experience with top professionals in their jobs, the rooms were always kept to a high level of hygiene, the staff were very professional with a cultured attitude and always helpful
