This star is for the room and that's it. Everything else, hospitality, etc. are missing. 2 examples of the manager's rudeness. There are no large towels in the rooms. This is the first time I've seen towels missing, and we don't even ask about such things. They refused to provide a complaints book. Upon check-in (which is supposed to be at 2:00 PM). When talking to the administrator at 1:00 PM, we are told that 10 rooms have left and they won't have time to check us in by 2:00 PM. We are no problem for them, we understand, but can you check us in on the 2nd floor? This bitch of a manager says, "Yes, of course." We arrive at 6:00 PM and end up on the 4th floor, the last room (17). This is our 3rd time at this hotel. The first time was perfect. The second time, the entire hotel was poisoned, we were throwing up all the way home (March 2017). But overall, we are happy with our stay. The only good thing about this place is that the rooms aren't terrible and there's a shoe dryer, everything is perfect. I regret inviting my friends; I feel ashamed in front of them now. I won't go there again and I highly recommend it to others. The icing on the cake is the super-rude manager, who's rude and slings mud at you, and when you say anything, she turns around and leaves. For those who decide to go, please confirm EVERY detail of your stay by phone beforehand, right down to whether there will be toilet paper. We stayed from January 8, 2018, to January 12, 2018.
Read the responses to the reviews that gave 1 star. They threaten everyone with the police. One friend of mine even got a call back, threatened, and swore at her. Another friend, see below, is being threatened with the police for unpaid bills. What kind of bills can they have if they don't have a menu? And they don't run them through the register.
