Unfortunately, the impression of the hotel was quite negative.
• Room: the noise from the elevator is very audible, which makes it difficult to relax. The toilet is cheaply made - the toilet seat does not have a micro-lift, the shower does not have a normal ladder. The room itself is small, limited in space, the finishing materials look cheap, and the sconce is already falling apart.
• Elevator: the buttons often do not work, and for some reason the elevator itself only goes when there are two people in it - a very strange decision for a hotel.
• Breakfast: the assortment is standard, but everything is cold, there is no feeling of freshness or attention to guests.

In general, the service and quality of the hotel do not meet expectations, so the rating is only ★★☆☆☆.

We came to relax for a couple of days, and in the end, at 6:30 in the morning, not a single number answered the phone. At 7 in the morning, when we arrived at the hotel, the same thing happened if it weren’t for the cleaning lady, we would have been sitting outside enjoying ourselves. Luckily, she saw us peeking in through the window, thank you very much to her. Afterwards, they told us that they would check us in no later than 1 p.m., although no one had warned us before that this could happen. Then, at 8 o’clock, we went to breakfast “as it says that it’s included.” In the end, they said that we need to pay 600 hryvnia because our check-in is after 12 o’clock “but I’ve already paid for the room.” No one said anything in advance either, although I called and wrote many times before. There is absolutely nothing at the hotel, there are two pathetic old Xboxes that no one cares about, there is no equipment either, there is no knife, fork, or bottle opener in the room, but there was a coke in a glass in the minibar “I opened it with a shoe shovel.” In the room itself, you can hear the elevator going all day and all morning, it’s just The noise of the elevator that doesn't stop, the view from the window that was partially broken and simply sealed with tape, which freaked me out as soon as we checked in, the view in general of the counter, just construction materials and equipment, the food in the hotel is priced like in the Kiev restaurant Praga, and tastes like in a cheap cafeteria, the dumplings were raw, the borscht was the worst I've ever tried, absolutely nothing, and the potatoes were cut like they were cut for pigs in different pieces and clumsily, the soundproofing is excellent, at one in the morning I heard the neighbors burping, then on the second day after we ate super borscht, shashlik and salmon salad + dumplings, "I wrote down everything we ordered because I don't know what exactly poisoned me," my girlfriend and I sat in the toilet burping in turns, "we only ate at the hotel," the TV in the room is very small, the remote works intermittently, it was our first time going to the hotel, I chose the hotel on the recommendation of a friend, I will never ask anything from him again, we paid 18 for the hotel With some change, plus maybe 3-4 thousand for two days of food, considering there's absolutely nothing at the hotel.
I looked it up later and thought it would be possible to get a hotel room. Hey, at least there aren't any drunks in the restaurant who reek of booze, "We went there for a meal on our last day." Yes, the food is a bit more expensive, but it's also tastier, and we didn't vomit afterwards. Apparently, there's some kind of spa at the hotel, and the room isn't that much more expensive.
The photo I attached shows a window and some tape, and a beautiful construction site. It's good that it's covered in snow. If I'd been told all this upfront when choosing a hotel, I would have thanked the managers and chosen a different hotel. But I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to book another hotel for a $100 difference, or even rent a house outside the city.

The comment I wrote won't change the fact that my vacation was ruined, and I won't get a refund for my stay here. It's the worst place I've ever been.

Our waiter was completely lost. We had to ask countless times for simple things such as ice. The entire time he held a stoic face, unapologetic and didn’t apologize for anything. Service was truly awful, I hope they train new servants better. Truly embarrassing for such an establishment to hire such inadequate employees.
