Friendly staff. Noise from surrounding rooms, even if someone is just walking. Delicious food from a cafe downstairs, but they add 10% service charge, which is weird because they barely get any customers. Also stairs to get downstairs to the city are such pain, makes it not wanting to comeback to your room. Sauna is overpriced. I don’t think I’ll stay here again in the future, I don’t like to be fussed.

The staff is unfriendly, especially their cleaners and general manager , which is not speak English ! They are rude , also I saw how they are speaking with their stuff , it’s terrible! There you are feeling like in village during the Soviet Union times ! So far to walk to downtown, reception is working just till 8 pm .

No WiFi at all.
No noise cancellation between walls. Prepare yourself to hear everything from your drunken neighbors.
If you don’t have a cash - prepare to pay extra 3.5% tax for card payment in local restaurant. If you want to order food delivery from restaurant to the number ( 10 meters ) prepare extra 100uah

Sauna is OK and basically that’s it. Not recommended

Thin wood walls make it possible to hear everything in every direction, especially the ones above your room. Other than that - clean, nice and cozy! Recommend for a cheap stay.

No common space for groups. Very very bad wifi. Too noisy when kids arround, as built out of wood.

Visited Monysto six years ago for the first time.
My only real gripe back then was slow WiFi.

I'm very pleased that they improved that and didn't spoil the other things that I liked. Even improved on many others.
The pizza is great and they make it in front of your eyes if you pick the right spot.
The personnel is friendly. The place is clean and very pleasant. The location is nice. The prices are reasonable.

Good little italian eatery. Many arab tourists frequent the place as pizza and pastas are customized for those looking for meat free, halal friendly options. The staff is aware of muslim food regulations and are respectful and understanding. The pizzas and pastas were all very good. Recommend 👌

Modern Carpathian pizzeria.
It seems to be busy in the evenings.

Food and drink looks very nice.
The pizza is served with two oils: olive and spicy mix.

Very nice place to stay. Easy short walk distance to lift #1.
Hotel itself has a nice rooms, is very clean with modern facilities. They even have underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Breakfast included in the cost is served in their pizzeria on ground floor. Good potions and very tasty. Pizzeria itself is a good place for dinner if you don’t want to go anywhere after intensive ski day, though there are couple of local restaurants and cafes nearby and small souvenirs and grocery shops.
