I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay, and upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the reception staff were. Even though they didn’t speak English, they were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and attentive—a big star for her, as she managed to take care of so many people, including children, at the same time. Very cool hotel. Clean and very compact. There is a robe, hair dryer and everything you need in the room. Very convenient, you can go straight from Gorka to the hotel on skis. There are special lockers for skis and boots. A whole separate room. Delicious breakfast. Delicious meat plate. Friendly staff.

Very good hotel. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed in October so the prices was very good. But WiFi is terrible. Connection is breaking and the speed is unstable all the time for all people in our team.

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs. The breakfast is perfect. All of their services are impeccable.

Certainly the best&biggest fast growing resort in Ukraine. 75 km of ski slopes, 17 ski lifts. A lot of activities for all ages year round. Ski, snowboard, mountain bike& hiking, bungee jumping, SPA, lake, ethnic par and petting zoo.

Nice and beautiful place. You can spend here 3 to 4 days in summer time with family and friends. Some areas good for kids and adults. You can swim at the near lake. Take the chairlifts up the mountain to get a beautiful photos of the nature. If you like skiing so this place is for you. Snow will cover the whole area at winter time so you can choose how many days needed to stay.

Great place to visit during summer when everything is green and you can walk around without freezing out. The sightseeing at the top is great and you can go down on foot, with your bicycle, go cart or on the ski lift.

Impressed how much they advanced in terms of service and comfort. The prices for the ski are very fair, accommodation can be expensive according to the locals' income but it all depends on the provider. But even if the price is quite high - the comfort is guaranteed! The most unfair price I would say is in the restaurants. But the view from the top of the mountain makes you feel like like in heaven...

Very nice place. It is very impressive when you entering Bukovel from Polianitsa, like getting with a portal to an Alpines level Ski Resort city. Great infrastructure, clean and tidy. You can enjoy skiing/snowboarding in Winter, extreme attractions on warmer seasons and city amusements, beautiful nature, local cuisine all year around.

A winter getaway is just what you need. The outdoor pool is warm in winter. Spa access is included in the price. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant is atmospheric. I recommend it.

It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy. Would come here again!

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, even in the attic room is very good soundproofing. The biggest downside is going uphill in the evening with a gear. But it is easily solved by a taxi for 150 UAH from anywhere in Buki. Congratulations on your birthday with champagne)

Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :) The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza. Staff were nice. Amazing place near the slopes. Has a large parking so even if it gets crowded you have a place to leave your car. Really hot and cozy in the rooms. We stayed at the last floor, the attic and the views over the bukovel 🎿 area were great! Recommend!

The best choice for family with kids.

Generally nice place, good breakfast and spa facilities. But isn't worth the high price. Easy to find. No beautiful views from the rooms. Lux room doesn't correspond the standard requirements: dangerous entrance, one double bed and sofa, no mirror and partly functioning shower box (the message knobs not working), no lift to the 5th floor.

Exceeded all expectations. There were 6 of us for dinner and everyone was very happy. The taste and the presentation are both great.

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. You might want to book your room on the lower levels

I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff. They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!
