Karpatski Zori Hotel in Bukovel

I don't know where to start, in 15 years of vacationing in Bukovel this was the worst hotel! We booked a room 2 months in advance, we wanted to celebrate the New Year nicely! We arrived, they gave us the keys to the room, despite the not-so-good conditions (old furniture, torn curtains, faded towels, old bedspread, in general, Soviet interior), everything suited us! The first night, the soundproofing was 0, you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the neighboring rooms (we were very tired from the road, so we just passed out). The second night, we came to the room also late, the guy fell asleep and I was sitting on the phone (where there is no connection or normal internet), I hear something creaking in the wall, I think it may have fallen, in short, I slept for 2-3 hours all night, something was scratching and gnawing all night, which is why I couldn't rest properly! In the morning, in order not to create a scandal, we went to the owner (or administrator), reported the problem, asked if we could be moved to another room (AS WE PAID FOR THE HOTEL FOR 5 NIGHTS!) The owner confirmed that it was mice and would come up with something to solve the problem. After that, we returned to the room at lunchtime, saw that a rodent repeller was plugged into the outlet near the room, we went to go into the room, and it was NOT LOCKED!!! (I clearly know that I locked the room, and since we had a cleaning lady in the room, the questions were for her!) where were all the money, gold, laptop! After this incident, my nerves gave out and on New Year's Eve at 10:00 PM we simply packed up and moved to a neighboring hotel where for the same price ON MUCH BETTER CONDITIONS! (newer renovation, furniture, refrigerator)! We contacted the owner on January 1st, gave the keys, but no one returned our money. I think my negative review was well-founded! So if you don't want to ruin your vacation, choose another hotel!
