We were in winter, rented part of a 2-storey house. It was cold on the first floor, the plumbing was in a shabby condition, some of the things from previous guests remained in the room, i.e. no one really bothered with cleaning and xs how the toilets were disinfected. Linen was clean. Not the most convenient location without a car. There is a restaurant inside, but in reality, like a handel with an appropriate smell, the female half refused to eat there. 3 stars because it's not horror, but not 3000 UAH per day. There was wi-fi, but there was no internet.
