Horrible and unprofessional staff, absolutely no COVID protocols in place, during our 8 nights stay none of the front desk people were wearing masks. No hot water on the fourth floor! Glass bathroom doors with zero privacy in more expensive rooms. No towel changes during cleaning. Dirty walls and ripped carpets. Administration unavailable, front desk guys drinking wine outside of the hotel at night. When we asked to change our room due to the water issue the guy downstairs asked not to come with these questions so late. When we asked for a refund, he said that the cash was all stolen a few days ago and he can’t help us. Honestly, this place is surrealistically BAD. Positive reviews must be outdated (or bribed haha). Keep searching and stay safe!
The hotel is very worn out. It has creaky beds, dirty carpet. His chow is not tasty at all. I don't recommend.
YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IT. But this hotel is fantastic! Great restaurant food all day - with perfect morning breakfast. Superb service from all the kind staff, day and night. Everything is clean and new. AMAZING HOTEL ROOM amenities - with an enormous bathroom and shower... and extrememly spacious. Impressed! I will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, the most pleasant experience. All wishes were fulfilled for 2-3 minutes, staff very willing to help. Very diverse, delicious and cheap Breakfast. As for me, there are two minuses - far from the center (we traveled only by taxi) and there is no hall with a Seating area, as usual in hotels of this class. The highlight is the restaurant, amazing style and very tasty food!
Everything was perfect, very polite staff, beautiful room, tualetnye accessories from Yves Rocher. We stayed for 1 night in August, it was very hot and the room started to leak water from the ceiling. The staff said it was unable to cope with air conditioning. We were put in room 2 of the basin, where all night loud dripping water. To be moved could not, payment was not.

Good hotel, near the center. The interior is a bit outdated. The rooms are clean. For Breakfast the selection is small.
Stayed new year's eve. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Very straight. The room was on the 4th floor. There is a lift. The room magically. Very clean. Warm and cozy. Particularly pleased with Underfloor heating in the bathroom)) the Internet works throughout the hotel without interruption. From the 4th floor and 0 floor. The price of room included Breakfast. Buffet. A great and tasty variety of dishes. Overall impressions are just mega cool. The girls at the reception a special thank you for the request to the phone charger. If in Kharkov, the Cosmopolitan.
