I had a wonderful stay at Pletnevskiy Inn in Kharkiv and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough.
From the very first day, the professionalism and genuine kindness of the reception staff made all the difference. Nastia, Christina and Marina were always incredibly helpful, attentive and welcoming, ready to assist with anything I needed and always with a smile. Their support made me feel safe, comfortable and truly at home.
The room was spotlessly clean, very warm, and remarkably quiet, which is something I deeply appreciated. After long days, it was a real pleasure to return to such a peaceful and well-kept space.
The Wi-Fi is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the location is practically in the city center, making it easy to move around and reach everything on foot.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and without any doubt Pletnevskiy Inn will be my reference point every time I return to Kharkiv. A place run with care, professionalism and heart.

Superb hotel for a quick stay in the city. Just a few hundred metres walk to the centre, shops and restaurants. Hotel is quite quiet but really nice decor and rooms. Not your usual hotel to find from outside, it's basically just a door on a side street.

Staying in the Pletnevskiy Inn hotel was a perfect decision, as far as the hotel is small, but at the same time really convenient and cozy. I was really surprised to have there usual British breakfast, which was very tasty by the way. Even during the war staff were doing their best to make my stay comfortable.

Had a slight misunderstanding over my check-in and check-out time we had discussed on the app I used in making the reservation.

Staff were friendly, food was good in cafe. Location very close to city center, about 3 minutes walk. Rooms were clean.

Loved this hotel! They have every amenity you'd expect. Additionally, the free breakfast is ample and delicious, hotel staff is courteous and helpful.
