Modern Aparthotel near metro Pecherska in Kiev

There is no limit to my indignation. I have never seen or heard such a thing. Booked this hotel to stay overnight with baby after surgery. I chose it because it is not far from the hospital. And so we arrived with a 4-year-old child after eye surgery at 16.30, but we were not accommodated, since check-in was until 15.00 and I should have known about it (so I was told). Yes, in all hotels, wherever I am, they are populated at any convenient time !!!! And so we just were left with a child in our arms on the street in a strange city, not knowing where to go. And I have never met such boorish communication in any hotel. No, in order to show understanding and offer a compromise, this boor (who he is there: the administrator or the owner is unknown) just scoffed !!!!!!! He was FUNNY. I would look at him if he and his little child, who was operated on 5 hours ago, stayed on the street in a strange city !!!!

Disgusting place. More here neither leg. Noisy, dirty, staff Hamit, and to find someone, clarify or complain, you need to try. Do not believe in photographs, in reality, everything is not at all.

The very case when the photos do not match reality. At the entrance to the entrance we were met by a piece of half-eaten pizza. The floor where the apartments are located is dirty. There is a feeling that there is either still construction going on, or everyone just doesn’t care about the first impression of the guests. We were shown two numbers, we did not see the difference in them. They were both lousy. The windows overlook the neighboring student hostel, the entire room is half-tiled, which makes it feel like you are being offered an “apartment” in a hospital.
I would not advise spending a planned vacation there if you do not want spoiled impressions.
We booked through booking, and the owner or it was the administrator (it’s not clear) demanded $ 20 for what we booked, because clients allegedly call him and he refuses them due to a lack of rooms, but we didn’t see a crowd there, striving settle in this homeless man.
As a result, we rented a much better apartment, and I would advise the staff and owners of this establishment to change their approach to customers if they do not want to lose customers and receive such negative reviews.

The room is very dirty. Blood on the bed and crumbs on the table. The cleaning lady settled us in the room, as there is no administrator. They offered another room, because the one I booked for some reason was busy. They said that bed linen will be delivered in the evening. There was also no soap in the bathroom. They were rude to us. I do not recommend

The rating is not even 1, but 0 or even -10 stars. Cruelty of the highest degree. The website says 24-hour check-in desk, but actually check-in is only 1 hour from 14:00 to 15:00. We drove for half a day with a small child, we got there in the evening, and they tell us goodbye, come tomorrow from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. We have been to more than one city in Ukraine and more than one city in Europe and have not met such a thing, even in the dead of night. HORROR. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone and never.
