I’ve been staying at this hotel for 2 years now and cannot fault it at all. The staff at the front desk have always been welcoming and very helpful. Securing a room has never been an issue and the staff always work with a very high level of professionalism. I cannot recommend City Hotel highly enough and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kyiv. I always look forward to getting back to Kyiv to catch up with them and it’s a pleasure to stay there.

Very professional service. The place is comfortable and neat. Great breakfast experience at the rooftop restaurant... also suitable for an evening cocktail. To be recommended.

Superb location. Very good service. I recommend using spa and getting a massage. In case your hungry the roof top restaurant "Matisse" has an excellent menu and quality&taste are very good.
If the bar in the lobby should be closed I recommend to try "the fog". A Shisha Bar with good food, drinks, cocktails and wonderful teas. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you!!!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast in the mornings were lovely and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and very professional. I will definitely stop by next time I will be in Kyiv.

The hotel itself was nice, but I've left a couple items of clothing and two days later inquired about them. I was advised that housekeeping haven't seen them. Beware.

Very happy with my stay, the room was great and close to many exciting and historical places to visit. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is quite good and with great views of the city.

The room needs renovation or at least a new carpet. Dirtiest carpet I've seen on my travels. Shower is not suitable for TripAdvisor 9.2 hotels ... hostel style, no door, wet floor in bathrooms after every shower and it takes time to drain the water.⭐️⭐️
Reception staff offer me to change the room. I was busy to pack my stuff and change the room and unpack again.
The breakfasts are too expensive and just not good. I love having breakfast at the hotels where I usually stay, but here I am so disappointed. ⭐️⭐️
This hotel has great potential to become a 5 star hotel if the rooms could be upgraded.

Great hotel.. I really enjoyed staying here.. Rooms are good and bright. Very nice staff. Breakfast on the terrace with amazing views is included.
