excellent hostel with incredible staff, the administrator is a genuine and lovely man whose made the experience utterly brilliant. its in proximity to a number of locations to suit your every need and with the globus mall nearby. reliable heating, electricity, and warm showers, washing machine & dryer w/ utilities for kitchen and bathroom. comfortable beds too. honestly such a great place to be and will be returning

The hostel itself was really nice. The stuff was friendly, and the living conditions were quite OK, but with one crucial exception; everyone there started getting a red rash on their skin after sleeping in their beds. Therefore I was forced to change my accommodation

Are You sure, when you write "We were given clean and fresh linen" ?
My friend was struck accidentally uvedenym action grannies - Manager, who sniffed ,canoe freaking out guests ,bed linen saying : "Well, it again will fit, quite clean."
And because of that San.node split. Need to take a turn in the shower and the toilet - and if they coincided? The toilet is tiny, no ventilation, and not expect the air freshener will not help.
Shared lounge area with a TV???Where you hid it, I would like to see at least the edge of the eye. Why deceive the guests, there was no lounge area.

Hostel in the center of the city, the prices are more than adequate, friendly receptionist, really good company, clean starched white linen, refrigerator, separate bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy. There are minor disadvantages: the bathroom, though clean, but the tiles, sink and shower hose old; eight-bedded room in which I live, not spacious enough for me (although I doubt that someone here spends a lot of time to have time to dance or to make a couple of acrobatic stunts); and in the hostel is not accessible from 12 night to 6 am (but it makes sense, actually, because the rooms are still common, and people need to relax).

Never informed me about the cancellation of my stay beforehand and when I got there the administration says all rooms are occupied and there are no rooms available ,even after showing my room confirmation email. I had to reschedule my entire kyiv trip due to this last minute cancellation .

Not the best hostel i've ever been to. Staff doesn't speak english, and the matresses are not comfortable at all. The hostel only has one bathroom, so take this into account when traveling in a bigger group.

i am here now for the second time and they kept the quality up
in enjoying my stay as much as when i was here in August

Disgusting hostel with a bunch of stickers, which indicates that you practically can not do anything. The kitchen is closed at night, but neither drink water from the refrigerator at night, nor sit quietly in the headphones without disturbing anyone to sleep, there is no more room except the kitchen. I was robbed by the boss or the main manager of this hostel (her name is Lyudmila Nikolaevna) with all my money that I collected for the operation. € 300. Left me without money, even to another hostel or to travel. Disgusting hostility inside the hostel. I never recommend this hostel to anyone!
