While I do agree that this is the best option for the price, there are some drawbacks worth mentioning. All rooms have a ventilation system that runs non-stop, and it makes a constant noise. If you're sensitive to sound, be prepared to feel like you're living next to a humming turbine. Spacious Hostel with fully functional kitchen and regular active cleaning throughout the day. Front staff are very professional and friendly except one prejudiced lady complaining about nothing :)..in any case highly recommended

A very clean and tidy hostel. Everyone was very interested and the restaurant next to it has very delicious food. We had difficulties just because of check-in and check-out times. Check-in time is 3 p.m and the day is almost over in this season. Since the check-out time is 11 am, it does not compensate for the late check-in time.

Loved this place, of the 3 hostels this was my favorite. A few hiccups with booking but after that was resolved, I really enjoyed the location. It's close to lots if attractions, easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. The hostel has a kitchen with everything you need, a restaurant inside and help the whole time. I love the interior design, sophisticated loft style. There’s everything you need for a comfy stay either it is a dormitory or a single room. A pleasure to stay in a clean room, sleep on a big bed; the rooms aren’t small - even for crowded room you won’t be feeling in a tiny space, I like this decision not to save on room sizes. I stayed here for the last part of my holiday and there are a few things to note. The dorm beds are very nice for a hostel and the beds themselves are comfy and the curtains are great, but the top one is too high for short people like me. Honestly, I had a very hard time always getting up there and at night I avoided getting down in case I needed it, because I didn't feel safe doing it in the dark...

We rented the Urban Quarters Apartment and were very satisfied. It was clean, stylish and had character and ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning. Very convenient location and the station and the center nearby. The room was better than in the photo, has everything you need for living: wardrobe, slippers, shower cosmetics, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, enough outlets (including by the bed). Quiet, cozy place with unobtrusive caring service. You can see beautiful views from the windows, I recommend staying here ☺️

The majority of the staff speak passable English. A few speak it fluently. The rooms are clean, they have 2 western toilets, 2 squat toilets and 2 urinals. They have male & female shower rooms. They have a washing machine also. I stayed here on different occasions and had no problems. They will assist you with public transportation. The service is first rate.

The walls are very thin, people are very noisy till after midnight, always slamming doors. I’m not sure if they clean the toilets. Showers are fine with plenty of hot water. The overall place seems small and darker than pictured. Metro is close, which is nice. Would not stay here again.

We (3 friends) have been there on sunday. The girls at the reception are very friendly and could answer all our questions. The hostel is very familiar and nice. It is possible to store the bags till you have to go to the airport after checkout. Thanks again for everything!

Small hostel in the city center of Kiew. The entrance is not easy to find and you have to knock/bell that somebody opens your door. There is drinking water available - that’s a huge advantage (be careful with the tap water). Lockers are there (deposit required) as well as a good working WiFi. Unfortunately there is no cozy chill room and therefore not to much opportunity to talk to other tourists....

I stayed a few nights in this wonderful hostel during my trip to Kiev. This place is very welcoming and happy. The room and the common areas were sparklingly clean and the whole atmosphere was great. It was a little difficult to find until we called, but the administrator quickly showed us in. For 4 days everything was fine, only there was a little extra noise, but we were quickly moved to another room, where we had a good rest.

I had to request one of the newer pods. The pods themselves are ok, and give good privacy. But the whole place was very hot, and it's a real hassle to do anything, like shower or go to toilet.

Good tiny hostel. I traveled with an acquaintance and we got a super tiny room which had a double deck bed, but to sleep overnight that was more than enough. Breakfast is served in the hotel. Independence Square and Khreshchatik Street are around the corner. A lot of bars and inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood.

I stayed there only a single night, laid low, went to bed. When I woke up the receptionist had noticed from my passport information that it was my birthday and sent someone to buy me a chocolate cake from a patisserie as a surprise. The cake must have cost almost as much as my fee. Have to say, that's the best service I've seen in 5 months of hostels.
