Cheap hotel in the suburbs. But easily accessible by light rail from the railway station of Kiev. Hot water in rooms on the schedule, after 9pm for a few hours.

Hot water on schedule. The rooms are clean but not very comfortable, because the furniture is old. The prices are low. This hotel is suitable to stay the night.

Clean, quiet, had reached by trolleybus or minibus. Next to the supermarket. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

For 340 UAH - car Park 2 economy seats in the room almost warm, with the effect of procurenet, facilities in the room, place hot water ~ 25°C.

Liked the hotel price and a minimum set of services, poor food in hotel, not the best out there is not. Internet access is also available, however where now? A bit far from the tram stop (about 1 km), but less noise from cars. Very friendly staff. Thank you

For the price quality relation it was quite all right. I liked the fact that the bedsheets were clean and well ironed. It can be just my case, I’m not sure it’s always like that. Another advantage- I made check in in the late late night and thanks for that. Specially at night hotel looks horrible and seems like a place for Soviet horror movies, but during the days it’s all right. And I’m not sure but it’s quite safe despite it’s view. Also my room had a nice balcony.
There were some shortcuts , like my room lock got stuck all the time, the toilet was leaking. The hotel is good for light sleepers as it’s very quiet. I’d prefer this hotel for the hostels of the same price with 8 bunk beds. Anyway I’m glad that I’m leaving. Maybe they will need to make some works on it.

great for work on paper filles and it's very convenient for no noise bothering you and very great cafe on 2 floor good food just like home made the employees are always on your concerns and do help out with guide to around locations as food store and places to get your printing and supplies so such always good for talk find out info on your surroundings in your needs wise offices and transportation help out get to where needed on daily basis

This the worse place don't recommend to anyone.i booked hotel through continental immigration consultancy services Delhi in advance I paid 28 USD for 1 night for 10 days.i couldn't stay more than 3 nights it was stinking every where no heater provided no free breakfast given torned bed stinking pillows blankets.They don't know English.i asked them to refund money because I vacated after 3 nights they said we don't pay you it will go to the account of whom paid hotel.continental immigration consultancy they said not received money refund.Finally I lost my money hotel is far from city.its no doubt in saying 3rd class hotel.No bar also here.i was shivering whole night when I am staying there.Hot water also not available only morning and evening 1 hr curtains are dirty no hanger there.please if you stay in this hotel your mood of enjoying holidays will go away.
