I love this place. I wasn't even staying there but went to the restaurant anyway. Food and service is great and value prices. Especially good gor breakfast.

Unprofessional staff. Rude and yelling instead of helping you. Had a reservation that they can't find in their system but after send email and said that no one show up. Don't recommend at all. Dirty place find some cleaning company if you can't do that. And if don't like your job find something else

Our bedroom was very dirty. Was not possible to take out our shoes because we would end with very dirty feet. Bathroom and shower was very dirty and widows too. Our apartment didn't have windows in the living room and felt very claustrophobic.

This is NOT/NOT Ibis Hotel . . . it is specifically designed to trick you. This is a dump. And moreover, they ran my credit card BEFORE I arrived, while I was on the plane, which is sketchy, and then decided my credit card was invalid and cancelled my reservation literally while I was flying. That shows a deep lack of understanding about what a hotel is. Given that it's also gross, recommend you stay somewhere else.

If you think that taking cheapest room is good idea for your budget, I advise you to stop right now. This is small room without any fresh air, with dim white light and three beds. When you go to sleep, you hope that this night will not be last, because air is stuffy and wet.

There are few alternative options with same distance to city center but with older interior, which will leave better impression for you.

Problems with hot water during our stay, but prices are friendly, it's close to main station and rooms are cozy except of room n. 5 ?

Reasonable price. The lock on the door(plastic card) In the room everything is new: furniture, appliances... In the cheapest double room no window (this is warned), one chair, and very poor sound insulation ( probably not at all). Central heating + oil heating, its own boiler in the bathroom. As compensation for the window a large air vent ( force of thrust in the room not adjustable).

The most horrible hotel I've ever been! The staff is rude, rooms are dirty, cold, village 2 and we were kept up to 3x every time we been asked when we finally settled we were rude! Morning came to Wake someone in the end is messed up and woke us up, didn't even apologize! For the money they charge you could at least disposable Slippers come on!

The administration is terrible. Came with a girl in the morning, paid for a full day, was asked to leave the room at 12:00 on the same day. Rudeness at every turn. If You are a tourist don't come here. This is not a place where you can judge the country.
