I recommend this group of apartments for sure!! Helpful and very kind staff, beautiful room,clean, big, luxury in general!! The location is very good, calm and safe, near the metro station and mainly.. incognito 😉

The staf at reception, Olga, Maxim, Roman and the tall and strong man (I forgot his name) was very helpful, polite and nice. Very clean hotel. Nice location. I give note reference 10/10. Thank you very much to the staf in reception and the cleaning room girls.

First of all, there is no sign outside of the building as incognito boutique hotel. The location was perfect. Near to everything. They are using the b1 floor of senator apartments. The room was very very clean, spacious, very well furnished with quality details. Taps and showerheads were Grohe. The closet was Villeroy & Boch. These are hard to see details when it comes to mid-range hotels. I appreciate that. Cons: no sunlight. Rooms are located below zero floors. No ventilation in the bathroom and when someone "uses" it, it is kind of impossible to use after. Except that, perfect.

Nice hotel, lots of goodies provided in the room... Soaps, slippers, gown, etc...
The rooms are set away from the road so it is very quiet, didn't hear any noise.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. I needed to change my booking dates which they did without any issue or charge after I emailed them.

Everthing is good just that the problem is the name of the hotel doesn't match the one on booking. The real name is other name.

The room's interior was old, but the bathroom was still big and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Good value for money and a nice location not too far away from the Golden Gate and University!
