Bad, dirty room, door is not locking, curtains are broken i used chair to hold them, bathroom smells bad, room service old ladies not helpful and not cleaning very well, only bed was good. Deserved only 2 stars because I'm an active traveller and stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, this is like an abandoned place no body cares about you, sleep where other people have vomited yesterday and leave next day.

I was on a business trip. I liked everything. The standard was decent, even better than some five-star hotels, in my opinion.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. The lack of a restaurant was disappointing, but the staff quickly ordered food, taking into account all preferences. I recommend visiting, comfortable and beautiful apartments.

The worst experience in Kiev! The rooms are ok, however everything else is terrible. The wi-fi is very slow and not stable, no minibar, no kettle and even no complimentary drinking water. Moreover, the receptionists are very unconcerned about your requests. They have no housekeeping. They don’t clean your room or provide toiletries. You are not guests here but they see you as a money.. I highly recommend you to stay away from this hotel if you want to have a good holiday in Kiev..

The hotel is very dirty, room service doesn’t come at all even if you keep asking.. we stayed for 9 nights they came only twice.. the reception has bad attitude and not friendly.. the hotel is not recommended at all.. my first time to Kiev but bad experience with this hotel and will never repeated ..

Beautiful old fashioned interior design, I will return when in Kiev. The room is clean, comfortable, plenty of space, good bathroom with shower and bath, plus toilet, sink, amazing mirror and lighting. Helpful interesting Night Porter enables in/out during the night to keep up with Kiev's attractions.

Location is the best part, close to everything and very central. They have troubles with security: once my card stopped working and when I tried to get into my room cleaning lady just offered me help and opened it with her own card without even asking if it's my room or not. What if I am on the wrong floor or complete stranger? This part confused me to no end. Guys on the reception never bother even to look at you or say hello. Fridges in the room are useless, they just produce heat ) Cleaning of the room is also separate topic, towels and toilet paper were renewed but that's basically it. Not even close to 4 start as stated.

Very dirty hotel! I stayed for a week and my sheets, towels were never changed despite several requests. The heating is so bad, it was freezing in the rooms. I actually got sick at the end of my stay. The electricity was cut for hours so it was hours in the dark and very cold.

Ok value for money and in a good central location close to cafes, restaurants, sights and the metro station. Rooms are a bit noisy from adjacent rooms if ppl are talking or doing more. The toilet blocked and we had to move rooms to one with no air-conditioning.
