Kraft Boutique Apart-Hotel

The worst "hotel" I have even been! First of all there is no any sighn that it's a hotel from outside. Building needs renovation, wooden steps is so old, fells like you'll fall down, is not safe. There is no any sound isolation, you can hear your neihgbour so clear behind the wall. Furniture is damaged, doesn't mach what is in booking puctures, room is not clean. No recomendation, keep away from this place if you need rest and good time.

This is not an apart boutique hotel rather a privately rented room. Wifi and heating do not work. No blanket just a very light duvet despite it being cold. No possibility of cooking because insufficient crockery. Sample shower gel shampoo for one time only. No sufficient number of towels 2 instead of 3, no bath mats and little extra things are missing in the apartment. No blackout curtains. Noisy because of works and you can also hear the apartment next door. Staff came 45 minutes late to hand over keys and did not speak English, just Russian and Ukrainian. Call from booking to translate which I was charged €30. The floors were dirty with lots of dust and black with dirt, the rest was pretty clean. For all these reasons I do not recommend this establishment and I believe that the characteristics of the apartment presented on the site do not correspond to reality. This is the most horrible place I have ever been to. I'll start with accommodation.
The site indicates that the check-in after 14.30, I asked to check in earlier, at 11.30-12. to which she received an answer that if there is a free room, then we will be settled, and if not, then we will be able to leave things and come after 14 and will be settled. But upon arrival, we were told that we had arrived early, that our room was not ready, and that we would not be able to leave our things. After the scandal and the demand for money back, they agreed to settle us, supposedly the room was already ready. And the contract indicated that check-in was not at 14.30, but at 13.00.
The rules for staying in the "hotel" that hung on the door did not match those written in the contract.
The window in the room did not close, the TV remote control was in a deplorable state,
one lamp barely worked, and the second did not turn on at all.
Shampoo and shower gel was 2in1 and it was only for 1 day,
a piece of the floor was broken off.
It is written that smoking is not allowed in the room, but there were gobies and ashes on the visor.
Soundproofing is missing.
Dirty curtains, bedspread, sofa, carpet.
Slippers are disgusting and have already been used before us.
There were no shelves in the closet and it was in a collapsed state.
Wifi was not turned on at the time of our check in and wasn't going to be turned on if we hadn't insisted on it.
There were no deep plates and teaspoons.
There were no normal channels on TV and most of the time you can just watch the picture of flying snow.
