Hotel Lviv is a remarkable hotel with extremely polite staff, always ready to help out. The staff at the reception desk, in particular Yuliya, Veronika and Anastasia were extremely friendly, helpful and understanding

The same story goes for the room service cleaning staff, the security personnel, in particular Mykhailo, together with the staff at the restaurant

Nice hotel at best location, right in downtown. You can walk to all major sights. They have rich breakfast in the restaurant with views to the city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel

Overall, the rooms are pleasant, beds are comfortable, there is AC and Heating available, there is laundry service available, while the landmark view is spectacular from the higher floors

Plus, the hotel is close to the historical center of Lviv. I would recommend Lviv Hotel to anyone who plans on visiting Lviv, Ukraine

Great and not expensive hotel in the center od the city. It has all neccessary conviniences and very nice and helpful staff..

Wonderful experience! Clean, cozy, comfortable, warm, which is a rarity these days—one might even say very warm. Beautiful textiles, room decor, comfortable chairs, sofas, many sliding doors with photocells, etc

I have doubts that room was cleaned after previous guests (hair on the pillow, towel just hanging on the battery), it also had dusty surfaces. Overall it was pretty good though

Cosy hotel for events, recreation. Prices slightly above average. For 2 days a room for two with a power of 2000 UAH. Infrastructure is available and convenient. 100 m to bus stop and General store 150 m.

Stay was ok. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Old Soviet style hotel. Noisy road I'm front of the hotel could keep you awake if you're a light sleeper.

It’s a pity, because the dust on the terrace table and chairs spoils the overall impression of cleanliness in the room((. But I’m sure that this misunderstanding will be quickly corrected by the staff

Emily is my discovery this year! I’m very happy that Ukraine has resorts like that. The only minus I found: terrace in the room was not cleaned niether on my arrival day nor during the stay

Clean spacious room with a terrace and view of the lake. Breakfasts at Emily are valued a special rate. Everything is delicious, huge choice. I don't remember this even in Turkish hotels

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time

I had to be in the complex more than once, it makes a good impression and an incredible atmosphere of coziness.

I can see some older comments regarding low restaurant quality. Rest assured, this year this has been dealt with. Service is nice and fast with awesome food. Cottage with patio is heavenly

It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

Good hotel, clean and not pricey. The restaurant serves tasty meals. And the also have saunas and pools for relaxation.

The interior is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are large, in the dining room the food is tasty, the staff is polite and the area around the hotel is such that you want to stay a few extra days :)

Super! Stayed at this hotel several times and each time were happy with the service (despite the fact that the intervals between the visits was about five years, but every time the feeling that it just opened and trying very hard)

Very nice hotel, afordable prices

Good location, but terrible food.

They lined up, presenting the dish, and then each went to his table and distributed the portions on the guests' plates with tongs. And all this was accompanied by light effects with a steam of dry ice from the trays

A wonderful place for big celebrations: weddings or corporate parties. We cannot but emphasize the delicious dishes prepared by Galytska Korona restaurant. And, of course, fabulous serving of dishes by waiters

The service is excellent. The waiter is serving with heart and with big smile. The food is really delicious. I'd recommend the mushroom soup and the penne carbonara. The price is reasonable. Thank you

Before the serving the host described the dish, then the special "dish music" was playing and the waiters with the trays synchronously went dancing in the hall to the rhythm of music

And the last course was brought out by the waiters in dark hooded robes with torches in their hands with the lights off

Visiting few times a year with family and friends. Did few corporate events. Top top quality and service all a time.

Great Hotel to discover the nice city of Lviv in the western part of Ukraine. Clean rooms and nice friendly personel. Rooms with airco and good facilities. Recommendable in all the way.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out

But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it

However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building

For volonteers passning through L'viv, or turning over vehicles and donations, the hotel is close to the train station, and there is private parking as well as parking in the street just outside

Not far from the main railway station. Helpful staff despite their lack of English. Large room extremely well appointed for tariff and restaurant is welcoming.

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day

Delicious breakfasts with several options

There is filtered water with glasses on the table. The staff is very welcoming and friendly! This hotel is pet friendly! The hotel has a wonderful cafe. The food is delicious and fresh! I can recommend this hotel

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis

I was here in the summer of 2023 during my solo motorcycle tour around eastern europe. I rate the locations I stay at relative to their price. Meaning that i can give a 5 star rating to a place even if it´s not top notch

My ratings are more reflective of service and basic cleanliness etc. This was a nice hotel, it had a certain old times feeling to it with the decor of the room, which was great, very clean and everything worked

All other services at the location seemed to be closed, this is probably because of the geopolitical situation; there weren´t many guests eventhough it was the weekend. The reception was quite helpful

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food. Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste
