Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair)

The hotel is nice, quite and very clean. The problem is the breakfast! As foreigners we don't know how to order the food. *There is no buffet* The waitress will take ur order

Good location with tram stop nearby. Waiter/barman in the café was rude and I felt I was putting him out to be served. The female receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Just a pity that one person let the place down

We booked a room in advance. The room met our requirements. Interesting interior. The room is clean. Breakfasts are delicious, the staff is attentive and polite. There is parking. Overall, we really liked it.
