It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair)

The hotel is nice, quite and very clean. The problem is the breakfast! As foreigners we don't know how to order the food. *There is no buffet* The waitress will take ur order

Good location with tram stop nearby. Waiter/barman in the café was rude and I felt I was putting him out to be served. The female receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Just a pity that one person let the place down

Rooms - clean well ( so keep the rooms do not smoke) The bed perfectly. ( white strap - satin) The children are happy. We even special order opened the Pool in the rain. To the center 15 minutes on foot
