I Love Hotel Leopolis in Lviv. When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. The hotel is very good, but the bartender (older, without hair, glasses at night shift 17-18.12.) should definitely lose his job. My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. Great hotel in a very good part of the city. Close to everything. The rooms are very nice, amenities excellent. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to accomodate you where possible. Highly recommend the spa; steam room is the best. One of the best places to stay in Lviv.

I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024. The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful.

A really wonderful stay. I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. She says that Hyatt, Marriott hotels …etc are Pathetic in terms of the quality of service she got at George . The building itself is more than 120 y.o. and ia absolutely special. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Great service, nice architecture, good location. Free of charge moved us to a better room, since we expected a bathtub from an internet booking. The only bad thing is that it's too noisy (at least on one side), too hot in summer — it's an architectural monument, so no air conditioning, only a fan. So it's good for anything but for sleeping.

We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station.. We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before. It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time. The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

Great location for transfer onto Kiev from Poland. Close to station (15 min walk) and 30 mins from the city center. Nice cozy rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff who navigated the complicated online only bookings system for train tickets.

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time. Great weather, tasty cusine (I had shripms and noodles) and drinks and wifi allows you to work remotly.
