My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. This has been rated by others as the nicest hotel in Ukraine, and based on my experience, I must agree. It's a smaller hotel, but attention to detail makes it feel very refined. Beautiful hotel room, clean and well decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even for booking a private city tour. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options (cold and warm) as well as custom requests. The private spa is very relaxing. The best hotel in the heart of Lviv!

My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

Everything was perfect from check in (allowed us early when we got in) to check out. The spa is really great and free for an hour a day including sauna and steam room. Nice cosy hotel.. Clean and tidy as well I stayed there for some days less then a week, have some nice breakfast with good service .. Dinner was delicious it is situated like 10minutes walk from main street and close to center and busses.. All in all was a good stay would do it again..

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

Out of this world. Really great quality. A top-class team. A VERY convenient 'main-base' so close to the Central Railway Station, yet far away enough from the traffic-polluted city-centre.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Lviv. I came by myself to see my son, who has been a volunteer for two years. I wanted to stay somewhere personable and comfortable. An exceptional place!

Great place! Always great in the Swiss. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to stay when I go on R&R. One thing I learned is I don’t like the breakfast. I will not pay for the breakfast any more.

Great hotel in a very good part of the city. Close to everything. The rooms are very nice, amenities excellent. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to accomodate you where possible. Highly recommend the spa; steam room is the best. One of the best places to stay in Lviv.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

The staff of there hotel are very kind and gentle

A small hotel for 32 people, 4 km from the city center. Two-story building. On the first floor there are car repair shops, on the second floor there is a hotel. The rooms are clean, 2, 3 and 4-bed. Continental breakfast, served at a certain time in the rooms. The cost of a taxi to the hotel via Uber from the city center is about 2 euros.

The room was nice, but it was on the second floor of the car maintenance building. Housekeeping was poor, with strangers' hair in the shower and fallen eyelashes in the sink. The worst part was there was a huge bug on the wall that kept flying around. Parking is 10 UAH per day. The tram ride to the center is a few stops away.
