Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre

absolutely in love with the art on the walls. Price was good, breakfast was decent, rooms are decent. Book a room for each person because the "extra bed" was awful though

It's good for 2 or more people but needs improvement in housekeeping because I stayed one week and I can accept not changing the linen everyday but not making the bed or tidying up is not acceptable but when told the front desk it was immediately resolved

If you need to get a good night's sleep, you've come to the right place. The outside is double-glazed windows in aluminum frames, inside the room is brown PVC

View was nice and bed was good. You have the traditional bottles of water. Sound isolation is not the best I experienced for a 5 star hotel. In the bathroom, the experience was a bit disappointing

The swimming pool is big enough, there are different jaccuzis, and 4 or 5 different rooms with variation of sauna and hamam. Overall experience : it’s a good hotel, just not the best 5 stars you can get

Cool hotel, with good rooms and SPA (which is included in the room price). Breakfasts are delicious with a good choice and delicious filter coffee. Standard room is not very spacious, but quite comfortable

However, the good news was that the noise did turn off around 11PM (10 PM on some nights). But, why play music loudly late at night? The gym is nice, and would be nicer if it were open 24-hours (it's 7-9)

Our room had no windows except for a roof window that can’t be open due to its height. So also where is no chance of getting fresh air into the room. I was sick and had to spend 3 nights in that room

I asked for a replacement but the hotel was full. I think they should state what type of a room we book. When the hotel was available the staff were so kind and helpful to change our room

Now we are updated to a perfect room with a balcony. The breakfast salon is smaller than hotel capacity. When the hotel is full, might be a little too crowded over there

When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. They are the best and the hotel is just amazing

The room is clean, snow-white, bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoos, shower cap, shoe sponge, and a sewing kit (white, black, gray, red threads, a pin and buttons (what if someone lost a button before the conference!)) For each room they gave two electronic keys, gave a free map of the city, marked must-see objects on the map

Then I decided that the restaurant on the 7th floor is more interesting and tastier (and cheaper) than in the center on the sidewalk. I wish prosperity and development to the hotel. And I recommend travelers only here!

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

Came to Lviv for a conference for the first time. It turns out that the hotel consists of two separate buildings. The buildings are across a narrow road, opposite each other

The building has 7 floors: 6 for the hotel, and the seventh for the Soprano restaurant, which has a terrace around the perimeter with a view of the city on 4 sides

A restaurant, a concert hall is good. The list that is not available in the rooms. Niersbach remotes with TV air conditioning. Air conditioning was blinking at night, but remote was not

Decent, not great It was fine and clean. The bathroom counter was big. It did not have drinking water, air conditioning, a small convenience store or a fridge. The parking was good and easy

of the minuses: no in-room Minibar (alcohol can be in the room to order, but we had a cooler and had cool blocks for it). I especially want to mention the restaurant, which is open around the clock

Please, exclude option to book families a room in your hotel. Breakfast on Saturday was as buffet, what was a good solution. But on Friday the concept of breakfast was that you choose a meal from the menu

The hotel is good for single stay, or couple which stay for one night. When they declared in booking that they have family rooms, you expect something completely different

Due to design, the room in unfriendly to kids, as there are a lot of furniture and design elements that can hurt or fall on the kid. Also the fact that wash basin situated inside room, it doesnt also add comfort

My stay in Lviv. This was the nicest Ibis hotel at which I have stayed. There was even a fride in the room

Bar and kitchen could be opened longer but there are a lot of place to eat and drink in Lviv center

As for me, the 3-star hotel is one of the best, I can't compare it to some other 3-star hotels. Here are disposable slippers even. Our room was cute, clean, quiet and warm, although it was cold and wet outside

We had a great stay at the RIUS Hotel in Lviv. Service is friendly and speaks good English. We took Junior Suite and had a nice view over the roofs of Lviv Opera and Oldtown

Very spacious room, great bathroom with the little flaw that you couldn't put the shower handle anywhere while showering. Safe room downstairs if needed. Feels nice and secure with the doorman at the front gate

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

Clean and tidy as well I stayed there for some days less then a week, have some nice breakfast with good service. Dinner was delicious it is situated like 10minutes walk from main street and close to center and busses

It's good but as Muslim and from asin food is very pland so I advice that you take your own food

Out of this world. Really great quality. A top-class team. A VERY convenient 'main-base' so close to the Central Railway Station, yet far away enough from the traffic-polluted city-centre.
