We stayed at this hotel for one night, we didn't expect that a 4* hotel could have such cozy and stylish rooms. The breakfast is generally above all praise

The room was 19 degrees, manipulations with the central heating system did not change the temperature, it only hummed like in an airplane

The hotel is located in the city center in the building of the former Austrian bank. The interior of the hotel is interesting and unusual

Our room had no windows except for a roof window that can’t be open due to its height. So also where is no chance of getting fresh air into the room. I was sick and had to spend 3 nights in that room

I asked for a replacement but the hotel was full. I think they should state what type of a room we book. When the hotel was available the staff were so kind and helpful to change our room

Now we are updated to a perfect room with a balcony. The breakfast salon is smaller than hotel capacity. When the hotel is full, might be a little too crowded over there

The hotel is fancy, nice and at a perfect location. Rooms and especially bathrooms are very clean and tidy. MY experience did not start so nice but ended up well

Then I decided that the restaurant on the 7th floor is more interesting and tastier (and cheaper) than in the center on the sidewalk. I wish prosperity and development to the hotel. And I recommend travelers only here!

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

There are shops and cafes nearby. I walked to the center at a leisurely pace in 15 minutes

The room is clean, snow-white, bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoos, shower cap, shoe sponge, and a sewing kit (white, black, gray, red threads, a pin and buttons (what if someone lost a button before the conference!)) For each room they gave two electronic keys, gave a free map of the city, marked must-see objects on the map

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

Came to Lviv for a conference for the first time. It turns out that the hotel consists of two separate buildings. The buildings are across a narrow road, opposite each other

We had a very nice clean room with balcony, very well equipped: fridge, slippers, coffee, amenities. The stuff was very nice and very helpful. We went downstairs for dinner, and the food was delicious

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

Clean and tidy as well I stayed there for some days less then a week, have some nice breakfast with good service. Dinner was delicious it is situated like 10minutes walk from main street and close to center and busses

My absolute favourite! I am coming to Lviv for one week every other month or so and always stay at the Lion's Castle. Room prices are very reasonable, rooms are great and tidy

We stayed in newer building and there were minor disruptions in the room, like door lock not working properly and eaves has no side bar or stopper, so while we were opening a curtain to enjoy a nice view, the curtain just fell of the eaves

Beautiful surroundings - actually it is a part of the big park, historical building with nice terrace if the bar (drinks, few snacks and desserts only), friendly stuff, nice rooms with very comfortable beds

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here

They also have Georgian restaurant alongside the hotel, where you can have dinner, if you wouldn’t go to the city center

Lived there almost a week and for me, simple human, it s a perfect place for staying in Lviv. It looks a bit yellow and food is good. Rooms are fine, u find a fridge with food and drinks and mineral water inside.

Located very close to the city centre and on a way to railway station. Very nice, clean rooms, receptionist was very helpful

The rooms are in great condition, as are the hotel halls, lobby, and Cafe. It should be noted for American travelers, only the Cafe area is equipped with Air Conditioning, as is the case with most European hotels

I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low

As far as the Cafe is concerned, the breakfast is well made and they have quite a large menu to choose from should you care to eat a larger meal there or go drink beers night

The beds are in perfect condition and the rooms are outfitted with televisions. The free Wi-Fi works very well. There is an elevator present for accessibility

The establishment (both the Hotel and Cafe) employees are kind, thoughtful (and in the standard Ukrainian manner, absolutely gorgeous)

Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least

The hotel is located less than 5 km from the airport and a short walk from the center in a super quiet area

I liked everything, a very cozy place with a warm atmosphere of the restaurant, beautiful interior, delicious cuisine, festively decorated tables, good service, all the guests liked it, there is live music, I am very satisfied, I did not miss a single dance, the musicians selected a good repertoire of Ukrainian songs

Whoever wants to eat typical Ukrainian dishes, rayske yabluko is the "cradle"! The soups and especially the Shashlik made in an impeccable way by Igor deserve to be mentioned! I will be back very soon and therefore HIGHLY recommend!

I recently celebrated the anniversary of a relative here. I really liked: the cozy family atmosphere, delicious food, music, interesting works of art on the walls

I would say location is perfect as it is very central, but on a very quiet street. Very friendly service and the room is very spacious. The decor is simple and it was perfect for a few nights stay

It seems that your room neighbors take shower right near you. What's good: 1) close to the city center 2) good breakfasts 3) drink water on the each floor I prefer to live at some other place than here

If you're looking for a lot of amenities or 4 and 5 star hotel look elsewhere. But for price, location, and cleanliness it'd be hard to beat. I'll definitely be staying again.

We've stayed 2 nights, communication and hospitality are good enough. Room was cleaner than we expected. Room temperature over 26, good to find water dispenser at each floor

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable

I have booked this hotel as it was in convenient location next to the Airport. The bed and pillows in the room were comfortable. The rooms are not noisy as the hotel is away from the main road

There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. The location is awful as no Uber wants to go there and to get to the city center on foot takes 30 minutes

The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

Motorbike trip from Scotland to Istanbul Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet
