Room are always incredibly clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff are always outgoing and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lviv.

The staff, especially those at reception and the ground-floor bar, were wonderful, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I do have one complaint: Instead of a king bed, my room had two single beds combined

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

Also the food and drinks were superb; the Uzgar was brilliant, like drinking an old much-loved smoke stained shepherd's hut but lovely!! Thank you so very much everyone! The hotel is very pleasant indeed (but like all hotels I have stayed at in Ukraine the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities is a big issue for Brits! A kettle was available by request, thank you, but culturally Ukraine hotels...

Nice small and modern equipped hotel, near to center

It sounds petty and churlish I know, but it has surprising importance to many of us Brits!!!) The swimming pool, sauna and spa being in use in wartime was initially a challenge given the power outages, but the staff were keen to patiently explain how vital our contribution to Ukraine's economy really is

On the basis that we did spend money, make donations wherever we could, and generally sought to tip above our normal average whilst in Lviv, we accepted the logic and were very grateful for the facilities still being available

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

It was quiet when I visited. Friendly staff, clean place and well maintained. Has a shelter. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good tea/coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk across the park to town.

Probably the best hotel in Lviv. Although the outside looks like a Soviet era hotel. Opposite the hotel is a Park which is very big and green and from the Park and the centre is not far away

Fantastic location in the heart of Lviv. Cozy comfortable rooms, good service and food. Great option for the business travel.

My only suggestion for the room would be to have an electric tea kettle. They serve a wide variety of vegetable, meats, cheeses, cereal, and fruits. The other meals were okay, but not quite as good as the breakfast

I struggled to figure out the lighting, as the switches seemed to need to be in a particular configuration to make everything work. The bathroom and shower were good. I especially liked the heated towel rack

I like how the “siren” to signal the attacks is a woman telling us to take cover and not an actual siren. The room is comfortable, but basic. The bed was hard, but comfortable

We had a very nice clean room with balcony, very well equipped: fridge, slippers, coffee, amenities. The stuff was very nice and very helpful. We went downstairs for dinner, and the food was delicious

Great facility and great staff. This is our go-to place when we need to stay in L'viv.

Cosy hotel, restaurant open 24h. Patking lot for 6-8 cars in front of hotel. Food in the restaurant is tasty and I can recommend it

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels

I had a great stay at Lion’s Castle Hotel. They checked me in at 3 AM, which I really appreciated. Service was very good, and the breakfast was excellent — a bit rich, but delicious

Staff is as friendly as it gets and oh boy do I love the restaurant and room service here. You really gotta try the cheesecake, risotto and of course the burger! Highly recommend!

My absolute favourite! I am coming to Lviv for one week every other month or so and always stay at the Lion's Castle. Room prices are very reasonable, rooms are great and tidy

Don’t miss the cheese pancakes in the morning or the borsch at dinner. Rooms are large and comfortable, with heated bathroom floors and great shower pressure

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here

They also have Georgian restaurant alongside the hotel, where you can have dinner, if you wouldn’t go to the city center

It takes 15 minutes walk to get to the city center. The prices are fair and amenities is in a good condition

The rooms are in great condition, as are the hotel halls, lobby, and Cafe. It should be noted for American travelers, only the Cafe area is equipped with Air Conditioning, as is the case with most European hotels

I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low

Stayed it this hotel begin of August. Staff is very accommodating Cons: 1. Smell in bathrooms - staff is aware and they can not do much unfortunately. No AC, but they give you portable fan

As far as the Cafe is concerned, the breakfast is well made and they have quite a large menu to choose from should you care to eat a larger meal there or go drink beers night

Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least

Blum Hotel and rooms were newly renovated 7-years ago, with spacious bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed, large work desk, quiet A/C, refrigerator, television, and lots of closet space

The beds are super cozy, the showers have great pressure, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and welcoming — perfect after a long day exploring the city

Nearby is Rynok Square, the Opera House, Lviv University, a Puzata Khata cafeteria, many restaurants, and Cimi grocery store

The staff deserve special mention: friendly, helpful, and always smiling, they make you feel genuinely cared for

The hotel is located less than 5 km from the airport and a short walk from the center in a super quiet area

I liked everything, a very cozy place with a warm atmosphere of the restaurant, beautiful interior, delicious cuisine, festively decorated tables, good service, all the guests liked it, there is live music, I am very satisfied, I did not miss a single dance, the musicians selected a good repertoire of Ukrainian songs

Whoever wants to eat typical Ukrainian dishes, rayske yabluko is the "cradle"! The soups and especially the Shashlik made in an impeccable way by Igor deserve to be mentioned! I will be back very soon and therefore HIGHLY recommend!

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable

Motorbike trip from Scotland to Istanbul Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet

It’s not our first staying in the hotel. We like the cuisine, the rooms, the personnel. Everything is done for guests. One of the best hotels in Lviv in spite of three stars.

There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. The location is awful as no Uber wants to go there and to get to the city center on foot takes 30 minutes

I stay here for one night! Rooms are modern, clean and super comfortable. As i’m leaving earlier in the morning the prepared me a lunch box with the breakfast. Super nice I really recommend.

The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, not far from the centre. The room is clean, but simple. Kettle and kitchenware can be borrowed at reception. Private on-site Parking/dopopulate don't need/.
