It was quiet when I visited. Friendly staff, clean place and well maintained. Has a shelter. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good tea/coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk across the park to town.

Probably the best hotel in Lviv. Although the outside looks like a Soviet era hotel. Opposite the hotel is a Park which is very big and green and from the Park and the centre is not far away

Bed sheets towel robe slippers all available and comfortable. SUPER thoughtful of bringing a platter of chocolate truffles and champagne to our room as we were celebrating my birthday. Everyone was so nice and helpful

What a wonderful hotel! The first thing I want to say is that it's so warm and welcoming! I really want to come back! It's a pleasure to interact with the staff: the girls at reception, the maid who simply brought an iron to our room—it's all done with such kindness and warmth

If you want to feel like a royal wasp, you should stay at the Nobilis Hotel. Great service, attentive staff, cleanliness, excellent breakfast and great location. the reception service will anticipate any of your wishes

I want to specially praise Yana, the administrator at the front desk, who not only accommodated my change in plans, but also helped me make alternative transport arrangements when my return travel to Poland fell through

I stayed in a suite with a very comfortable couch, and an even more comfortable bed (in a separate room). Bathroom is well-appointed (complete with a bidet!) -- shower only, no bathtub

The bar staff is also excellent. Maksym, Vlad, and one other bartender whose name I unfortunately can't remember -- all of them provided truly stellar service throughout my stay

Can't say enough about our visit to Lwow and our stay at the Grand Hotel. We were there for three nights and had a suite which was very economical after currency conversion

Hotel is indeed grand, staff friendly and helpful, and the city was beautiful and vibrant, despite the current war with Russia

If not for that, we would have stayed a few more days, as we explored the city, Ternopil, Skalat and ancestry locations

I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. Comfortable bed and the bath was perfect

The building itself is more than 120 y. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast

I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024

The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful

Great location within walking distance from tha main train and local bus stations. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast was delicious, good options and great coffee

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here

It takes 15 minutes walk to get to the city center. The prices are fair and amenities is in a good condition

The hotel deserves their 3 stars fairly, but there’s nothing more to it. Best thing about this booking is location of this hotel as it’s just 14 mins walk from the main railway station 🚉

I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better. On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests and are highly recommended as a result

24 hours desk, so you can arrive straight after your trip. Expect the European price for booking even though you’re technically not in European Union, which is a bit weird

Great Hotel to discover the nice city of Lviv in the western part of Ukraine. Clean rooms and nice friendly personel. Rooms with airco and good facilities. Recommendable in all the way.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out

But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you

It sounds petty and churlish I know, but it has surprising importance to many of us Brits!!!) The swimming pool, sauna and spa being in use in wartime was initially a challenge given the power outages, but the staff were keen to patiently explain how vital our contribution to Ukraine's economy really is

Also the food and drinks were superb; the Uzgar was brilliant, like drinking an old much-loved smoke stained shepherd's hut but lovely!! Thank you so very much everyone! The hotel is very pleasant indeed (but like all hotels I have stayed at in Ukraine the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities is a big issue for Brits! A kettle was available by request, thank you, but culturally Ukraine hotels...

On the basis that we did spend money, make donations wherever we could, and generally sought to tip above our normal average whilst in Lviv, we accepted the logic and were very grateful for the facilities still being available

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

We would have fully understood if they were closed. All in all, a great stay and we were thrilled to see the hotel full at the weekend, well done Taurus! We shall definitely return in the autumn

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

of the minuses: no in-room Minibar (alcohol can be in the room to order, but we had a cooler and had cool blocks for it). I especially want to mention the restaurant, which is open around the clock

Great Hotel and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great, lots of parking. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly, food at the restaurant is fantastic. The only issue was noise from the bar very late. But not a big deal.

As for me, the 3-star hotel is one of the best, I can't compare it to some other 3-star hotels. Here are disposable slippers even. Our room was cute, clean, quiet and warm, although it was cold and wet outside

Very nice, clean rooms with balconies. Great breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff and a short walk to the main square. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast restaurant both have amazing views of the city.

I like the way a receptionist and a guard helped us with our luggage letting us to leave it in storage room after our check-out and till the time we should go by train

Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast

Quite good 3* hotel. It is further away from the Lviv center, but taxis' are not that expensive there. By the way, I thought that this hotel is next to airport, but not... :)

Cosy hotel, restaurant open 24h. Patking lot for 6-8 cars in front of hotel. Food in the restaurant is tasty and I can recommend it

Emily is my discovery this year! I’m very happy that Ukraine has resorts like that. The only minus I found: terrace in the room was not cleaned niether on my arrival day nor during the stay

Clean spacious room with a terrace and view of the lake. Breakfasts at Emily are valued a special rate. Everything is delicious, huge choice. I don't remember this even in Turkish hotels

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time

I had to be in the complex more than once, it makes a good impression and an incredible atmosphere of coziness.

It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

The rooms are in great condition, as are the hotel halls, lobby, and Cafe. It should be noted for American travelers, only the Cafe area is equipped with Air Conditioning, as is the case with most European hotels

Stayed it this hotel begin of August. Staff is very accommodating Cons: 1. Smell in bathrooms - staff is aware and they can not do much unfortunately. No AC, but they give you portable fan

I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low

As far as the Cafe is concerned, the breakfast is well made and they have quite a large menu to choose from should you care to eat a larger meal there or go drink beers night

The beds are in perfect condition and the rooms are outfitted with televisions. The free Wi-Fi works very well. There is an elevator present for accessibility

A small, quiet hotel, has everything you need. I stayed for one night in a double room without a balcony. Good breakfast, friendly staff

This time we decided to take a suite with a bath and were disappointed ( The floor in the bathroom was "icy", it's good that the husband figured out how to turn on the heated floor and screwed something in there

Also, it would be interesting to expand it and look at the street, but then they will admire you too. Or you can close it completely with white blinds and look at them. The light is white, not cozy for such a bathroom

The bath is opposite the window and looks nice and interesting, but the window is covered with a thin curtain, and you don't understand whether people there see you, as you see them, or not

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times. We always took a standard room. The hotel is clean (except for the windows and tulle), beautiful, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

When you turn on the batteries, they were so noisy that you had to turn them off. The same "loud" story with the refrigerator. It was like a jet plane buzzing

The door to the room does not close tightly, the light from the corridor enters the room through them. In a word, a pity overpaid funds

Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least
