a lot of different meat, fish, delicious desserts, pastries and pancakes. The location is excellent, suitable for walking. There is a park and the old city center nearby. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends

We stayed at this hotel for one night, we didn't expect that a 4* hotel could have such cozy and stylish rooms. The breakfast is generally above all praise

Not far from the center, outside the window there is a park, no noise and night screams. A beautiful view of the church from one of the balconies for smoking

The room was 19 degrees, manipulations with the central heating system did not change the temperature, it only hummed like in an airplane

Great hotel with a modern interior. Excellent Breakfast buffet, with choices for every taste. Parking is available. Convenient location , close to University, close to all attractions of the old city

Hotel is indeed grand, staff friendly and helpful, and the city was beautiful and vibrant, despite the current war with Russia

If not for that, we would have stayed a few more days, as we explored the city, Ternopil, Skalat and ancestry locations

My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise

Can't say enough about our visit to Lwow and our stay at the Grand Hotel. We were there for three nights and had a suite which was very economical after currency conversion

However, the good news was that the noise did turn off around 11PM (10 PM on some nights). But, why play music loudly late at night? The gym is nice, and would be nicer if it were open 24-hours (it's 7-9)

The spa could be amazing, but the chlorine is strong. The breakfast is quite good, and the staff is A+

Very pleasant, comfortable hotel in the centre of the city. Tastefully decorated and cosy rooms. Wonderful patio. Great breakfasts - I especially recommend the pancakes! Pleasant and professional staff.

The restaurant/breakfast is always good, and the service is amazing. The Rooms are so well kept up by the housekeeping staff and I just enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leopolis and I can’t wait to return to Lviv in a few months

When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. They are the best and the hotel is just amazing

The room is clean, snow-white, bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoos, shower cap, shoe sponge, and a sewing kit (white, black, gray, red threads, a pin and buttons (what if someone lost a button before the conference!)) For each room they gave two electronic keys, gave a free map of the city, marked must-see objects on the map

Then I decided that the restaurant on the 7th floor is more interesting and tastier (and cheaper) than in the center on the sidewalk. I wish prosperity and development to the hotel. And I recommend travelers only here!

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

Came to Lviv for a conference for the first time. It turns out that the hotel consists of two separate buildings. The buildings are across a narrow road, opposite each other

The building has 7 floors: 6 for the hotel, and the seventh for the Soprano restaurant, which has a terrace around the perimeter with a view of the city on 4 sides

Great service staff & English speaking front desk attendants. Breakfast was excellent every day. Enjoyed the attached restaurant to the hotel when we didn't head into town. Nice parking. Comfortable beds and shower.

of the minuses: no in-room Minibar (alcohol can be in the room to order, but we had a cooler and had cool blocks for it). I especially want to mention the restaurant, which is open around the clock

A restaurant, a concert hall is good. The list that is not available in the rooms. Niersbach remotes with TV air conditioning. Air conditioning was blinking at night, but remote was not

As for me, the 3-star hotel is one of the best, I can't compare it to some other 3-star hotels. Here are disposable slippers even. Our room was cute, clean, quiet and warm, although it was cold and wet outside

Very nice, clean rooms with balconies. Great breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff and a short walk to the main square. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast restaurant both have amazing views of the city.

I like the way a receptionist and a guard helped us with our luggage letting us to leave it in storage room after our check-out and till the time we should go by train

Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast

Quite good 3* hotel. It is further away from the Lviv center, but taxis' are not that expensive there. By the way, I thought that this hotel is next to airport, but not... :)

Modern. Everything works. Surprisingly good Pizza restaurant. Dedicated bomb shelter. Air condition worked despite power outage after nearby attack. Good location in the city centre. Some great views from the top floor.

Out of this world. Really great quality. A top-class team. A VERY convenient 'main-base' so close to the Central Railway Station, yet far away enough from the traffic-polluted city-centre.

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

The hotel is 5-star. The staff was very professional throughout my stay. I am very satisfied.

Clean and tidy as well I stayed there for some days less then a week, have some nice breakfast with good service. Dinner was delicious it is situated like 10minutes walk from main street and close to center and busses

This is our favorite place to stay on the way from Germany-Poland to Kyiv. Great location, picturesque landscape, delicious food.

My future wife and I stayed here and it was great. The room was great, the range of dishes that can be ordered in from the kitchen was great, and the quality of the food was superb. Well worth staying at.

They allow guests to have an evening host and speak very loudly in microphone and they allow to play very loud music with high bass (which if you have a slightest taste in music - is absolutely horrendous and there's nowhere you can find from it in the restaurant) Kindly note those peculiarities before booking the room

Secondly, their reception staff isn't trained to assume you might want to dine in their restaurant if you arrive at the evening, so they will NOT notify you if they have some kind of banquet with music planned for that evening

It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. Comfortable bed and the bath was perfect

The building itself is more than 120 y. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here

They also have Georgian restaurant alongside the hotel, where you can have dinner, if you wouldn’t go to the city center

Lived there almost a week and for me, simple human, it s a perfect place for staying in Lviv. It looks a bit yellow and food is good. Rooms are fine, u find a fridge with food and drinks and mineral water inside.

I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low

The rooms are in great condition, as are the hotel halls, lobby, and Cafe. It should be noted for American travelers, only the Cafe area is equipped with Air Conditioning, as is the case with most European hotels

As far as the Cafe is concerned, the breakfast is well made and they have quite a large menu to choose from should you care to eat a larger meal there or go drink beers night

The beds are in perfect condition and the rooms are outfitted with televisions. The free Wi-Fi works very well. There is an elevator present for accessibility

The establishment (both the Hotel and Cafe) employees are kind, thoughtful (and in the standard Ukrainian manner, absolutely gorgeous)

In a first for me, the Cafe is a 24 hour establishment. I would recommend this establishment to people visiting the city of Lviv
