Update --- Stayed here again in May 2021 for a few days. Everything was excellent, service improved or at least seemed to be better. Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience. Looking forward to spending a few days here again in November 2021. Pros: 1. Warm in winter, even aired. It was -10 outside. If you want, you can walk around the room barefoot, even in the bathroom. Last week I was in Reikardts in Ivano-Frankivsk. The room was 19 degrees, manipulations with the central heating system did not change the temperature, it only hummed like in an airplane. They gave me a converter, +3 degrees in two days, but the skin on my face dried out...

Came to Lviv for a conference for the first time. Found Taurus City. It turns out that the hotel consists of two separate buildings. The buildings are across a narrow road, opposite each other. My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

Beautiful Hotel close to the centre of Lviv. Lovely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Olga on reception and Igor in the restaurant. Excellent Breakfast selection very tasty. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but that s the only negative .

With the war going on in Ukraine, had to travel from Kiev to Hungary with a stop over in Lviv after driving a long distance, Atlas Deluxe provided that much needed rest with nice beds, great pillows and over all very clean room.n The staff was nice and the Door man took care of our car. with private parking. Awesome location with excellent service and the best hotel staff in Lviv. Close to tons of restaurants and a 10 min walk to the town square (city center). Far enough away from the tourists but close enough to be very convenient. Nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, etc..., so you won't need a car. FYI, driving conditions in Lviv are difficult since this is a medieval town with narrow streets...

The only notable drawback was the poor sound isolation. The noise of neighbours walking, showering and using the sink carried through the walls. Definitely the best hotel in Lviv. Wow this hotel is impeccable, spotless very modern and stylish. Handmade chocs as welcome treats. It offers a great location, just around 200 from the opera House. Rooms have heated toilet seats, which was fantastic.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Lviv. I came by myself to see my son, who has been a volunteer for two years. I wanted to stay somewhere personable and comfortable. An exceptional place!

Great place! Always great in the Swiss. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to stay when I go on R&R. One thing I learned is I don’t like the breakfast. I will not pay for the breakfast any more.

Great freshly made renovation. If you like to have fine dinner, better go to city. Location is good for calm rest at night, as not many cars are passing by. Takes about 20 min to walk to city center It is a bit overpriced for the quality and location.

We have been to this establishment several times and were pleased. The menu is unusual both in appearance and its contents with unusual names and presentation. Fun place for tourists and companies. Mostly I missed music for atmosphere, could be great to hear some Velvet Underground in such place or modern dark wave. Waitresses/mistress are doing a great job. Cocktails are fine but nothing crazy.

Always a fun place to come and relax. The place really picks up around 10pm. Last night Anya did a great job working the room and keeping everyone thoroughly entertained.

The cocktails were great and the stuff very friendly. As for me it was too loud. As well if you would like to choose "spicy special offers" like out of experience things, people put out phones and shoot videos. I mean, it would make it better if filming is prohibited. That stopped us from staying there longer. As well I did like music but really expected more sophisticated things.

The hotel is very nice. Friendly personnel. Quite location. Room is small but tidy. The downside so far is the construction works within the hotel area itself, and the nearby street - so have to use the backdoor gates and the bell for the entrance, quite inconvenient. Swimming pool is clean and reasonably large, enough laybads, free towels. The breakfast is very tasty, served 8-10, very convenient
