The hotel is very good, but the bartender (older, without hair, glasses at night shift 17-18.12.) should definitely lose his job. My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. Beautifully restored citadel tower which is part of a bigger citadel complex. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at reception. Well appointed spacious and comfortable, clean rooms. Pros: 1. Warm in winter, even aired. It was -10 outside. If you want, you can walk around the room barefoot, even in the bathroom. Last week I was in Reikardts in Ivano-Frankivsk. My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. I had an amazing experience when I visited a few years ago and tried delicious braised bull's testicles in balsamic sauce. This time, unfortunately, it's being renovated, so the basement is closed, Masoch's statue is gone, and there are only a few tables. It feels like a normal cafe with a BDSM-themed gift store now. Hope the old atmosphere of the place will stay the same after the renovation.

À nice hôtel, very good location, center, quiet, easy access from the rail station. Women at the réception are very qualified and helpful, both speak english very well. Breakfast on the roof top , beautiful view. Book in advance, not many rooms !

Hotel is nice and tidy and close to the city center.They have as well great restaurant with beautiful view on the city. But it's cold and heating is turned on centrally which is not optimal. Moreover somehow guests are smoking inside the rooms which is super disturbing no matter these are non smoking rooms. Reception is also half speaking English which is a drawback and you have only 5 options of...

They gave me a room with a broken bed (more a couch). In the room next door a couple was arguing. Walls are thin. So first night no sleep. After I told them they changed the room immediately. Breakfast is good. Friendly reception.

In the same superlatives, you can express about this place, for sure the breakfast and glazed roof deserve special attention, minus for parking - only few spot.

The hotel is very nice. Friendly personnel. Quite location. Room is small but tidy. The downside so far is the construction works within the hotel area itself, and the nearby street - so have to use the backdoor gates and the bell for the entrance, quite inconvenient. Swimming pool is clean and reasonably large, enough laybads, free towels. The breakfast is very tasty, served 8-10, very convenient
