Fairly nice and clean.
Staff were a bit difficult because they insisted on a Ukrainian currency only cash deposit for a locker key even though they had my credit card and I offered a Euro note. They did (eventually) allow me to check in early, for an additional charge. Location is a long way from the centre - there are lots of nice places in the centre for about the same price.
Not a relaxed atmosphere.
