It's very extraordinary location, very good administrator, good service, I'd like lviv

Liked · The location.
I met a nice guy there, and we had a pleasant chat.
Disliked · Everything.
The staff, a young lady, was extremely uncaring, would refuse to give me the clean sheets and locker key upon check-in, until I pressed for them.
The place is disgusting, the rooms, the drunk people laying on the floor, the beds, the bathrooms, even the lockers. Everything is filthy.
The bed, under the sheets, had all kinds of debris. I was appalled at the sight. The pillow was beige/yellow of stains, while originally white, I supposed. It smelled so bad I used my backpack as a pillow. The clean sheets seemed clean enough, but I'm not even sure. I checked for bed bugs thoroughly, but surprisingly there were none to be seen.
The bathrooms were dirty, there were crusts of white-ish dirt everywhere, as well as insects (like cockroaches, but smaller) crawling happily on the sinks. In the morning, toilet paper was missing in all accessible bathrooms. I didn't bother to ask, because the young lady was sleeping at the desk, and would reply rudely in ukrainian at whoever talked to her. She did know english though.
My bed was assigned to another person about 30 minutes after my check-in, resulting in my bed being occupied as I was taking a shower. The other guest was a really nice guy, we laughed it off, and had a nice chat.
My stay was one night, but I was considering wether taking a shower, going to sleep on a bench, and coming back in the morning for another shower. I didn't do it for the curfew, and the possible pains of another shower in the morning.
It is a pity, because there is a wonderful hostel just nearby, for a similar price. This is truly a disgrace to the amazing city of L'viv

Enjoy the place but get ready to take your bags and go if the manager that hides behind the staff and looks through the cameras like “big brother” is in bad mood.
Most of the staff is really nice, and the place beautiful.
But we left with a bittersweet feeling. we felt like home, but then suddenly they told us that we have to leave in 5 minutes Because they have a big group coming.
one day we ask to stay longer because we have a very important online client. But then suddenly in the middle of the meeting told us also you have to leave. Because the manager changed her mind.

I had a pleasant stay. Can recommend it to anyone, enjoying a cheap accommodation.

Huge hostel. Perfect for big groups of people. It's quite clean taking into account amount of people who may live there. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. They let me to leave my luggage in the locker as my train ticket was for late evening.
Just one remark. It would be better to have more bathrooms.

A big old stone building. The location is very central, in the same way when compared to the price this is very good. Late in Lviv, you can return it to Rynok load. The most crowded room of 16 people, however, don't you never notice it, wide and odorless. There's dual or 3 wc, one large tub. Open until 12 the night on the balcony and non-beverages, stop here and come back. Washer, dryer and kitchen facilities are fine. I would not recommend.
For hostel owners: actually that little place was cold. Other travellers of the same idea with me. If you solve it, will be good.

Clean, comfortable, nice. Nanobrain people and everything you need can be found. There is even a Jacuzzi!

A lovely place for a fair price. You will be treated in the best way possible by a smiley staff and provided great facilities for living in the very heart of Lviv. As cosy, as at your own home!
