Great hotel in a very good part of the city. Close to everything. The rooms are very nice, amenities excellent. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and will go out of their way to accomodate you where possible. Highly recommend the spa; steam room is the best. One of the best places to stay in Lviv.

Super hotel! Booked on Booking.com for 2600 UAH with breakfast and unlimited spa access. It's modern in appearance, with excellent service, a delicious buffet, and a two-story room with two bathrooms. The spa and pool—you can walk straight from your room, in your robe, to the second floor, where there's a huge sports pool and a wonderful spa. It's a 15-minute walk to Ploshcha Rynok. A great location!

The best hotel in Lviv! For this price, you get: + a designer room with LED lighting, new furniture, impeccable cleanliness, toiletries in the shower, and a bidet! + a delicious breakfast with a wide selection (buffet) + a spa center (3 types of saunas - Russian, Roman, and Swedish, a jacuzzi) + a huge pool with all the necessary swimming equipment + a gym. We came to Lviv to celebrate my husband's birthday and the city was closed for quarantine, but we had a wonderful time at your LH hotel, for which we are so grateful, unlimited spa and a restaurant with Italian cuisine 😋👍🏻 Special thanks for the unexpected surprise in the room. It was very nice 😊 we will definitely be back!!!

9.12.2023 +very comfy bed,spotless clean room(and big respect for room maids as for the design of rooms its a rather gigantic work!),separate parking(if you catch one of the maybe 5 places in the yard),very good breakfast -often design beats function in the rooms, rather uninspired service in restaurant,rather poor soundisolation and-ITS NOT A SPA-HOTEL! Pools and Spa are co-used with sportcenter....in 3 days not any chance to use pool,not at 7a.m.,not at afternoon,not at evening,cause perpetually used by groups of children/sportclub with shouting trainers like at army,jakuzee perpetually occupied and even no place in rest room...and 2 saunas and one steam bath are simply too less for 30 guests at the same time.

Hotel is good.
Nice and quite rooms. Good location.
But don’t book via Booking.com. You get worse rooms or more expensive prices! Better call or them email and book direct with them. Staff is very friendly and helpful

If you gonna sleep during day times, don’t even think to live here. Otherwise, nice and great hotel.

I don't know why this hotel has 4 stars, but I give it 5. It has it all: a restaurant with exquisite dishes and a buffet where you can stuff yourself to the brim; a spa with three saunas (Finnish, Russian, and Roman), a jacuzzi, massages (for a fee), a huge pool, and a gym. The luxurious, spacious rooms (at least the suites) have jacuzzis, TVs that you can use to stream videos from your phone, a safe, and free bottled water. Room service is available (for 20% of the order). The staff is very polite and professional. I want to return to Lviv just to visit this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and free Spa facilities. I would have rated it 5 star we didn't have contaminated red water flowing from the tabs on the second day of our stay. Quality of the food at the restaurant is high with reasonable prices. Walking distance to town centre.
