My friend and I had a girls weekend, we chose the Grand Hotel. Since the advantage of the hotel is a wonderful spa, which is included in the price of accommodation. Wonderful breakfasts, wonderful staff, charming atmosphere, very cool Very cool aroma in the hotel and in the spa itself (if it is not difficult, tell me what kind of aroma diffuser you use). All the saunas were working, there were few people, we were given super comfortable flip flops for the spa. This is not the first time in a hotel and I am sure that if in Lviv - only to you ❤️ We were delighted and had a great rest. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent hotel. In the city center, near the opera house. Good service, friendly staff. We visited the SPA center - we liked everything. Lviv is a wonderful city for tourism purposes

Good hotel, professional staff, all requests were fulfilled in a timely and polite manner. The spa is great, but not on weekends as there are more people than can fit. On weekends it is better to walk around the city. Had a massage - just divine! A couple of points for improvement: the ventilation in room 617 did not work, there were only channels on TV, and Smart TV was already everywhere, the water was hard to adjust - either fiery or cold. Worth paying attention.

Cool hotel, with good rooms and SPA (which is included in the room price). Breakfasts are delicious with a good choice and delicious filter coffee. Standard room is not very spacious, but quite comfortable. High-quality and beautiful furniture. Very soft and comfortable beds, there is even a pillow menu and you can choose and order exactly the filler you are used to. Beautiful paintings on the walls and decor make the atmosphere even more pleasant. SPA is very beautiful, with pleasant staff and delicious tea. I liked everything very much, taking into account the location, availability of spa and service - the price is very justified.

Update --- Stayed here again in May 2021 for a few days. Everything was excellent, service improved or at least seemed to be better.
Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience.
Looking forward to spending a few days here again in November 2021. Can't really get myself to book anything also as this place is top notch not only location but also the amenities here.

Stayed here for a few days with friends. Booked two rooms. Great hotel building and amenities, most staff is great and attentive. But overall this is not 5 star service by any measure. Starting with checkin which was 3 hrs late and one of the rooms was still not ready and front desk staff didn’t seem empowered to do anything like upgrade etc or even offer water or something while we waited until I pressed them on it and they switched floors for one of the rooms. But no upgrade and checkin 3.5 hrs late for one of the rooms.
Second there just seem to be a long wait for everything. And while staff is hustling there’s just not enough of them which is totally a management issue.
They just need more staff as indicated by the fact that even the cleaning staff was taking a long time. Overall not sure who owns this join but they are mismanaging it for sure.
Would definitely stay here again because the place is “nice” and nicely positioned but don’t expect to get in and out anywhere this is where you need to relax and take it easy.
Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience.

My beloved and I were looking for a hotel in Lviv for a special day to celebrate our wedding. I wanted a holiday just for the two of us, as we want, and that everything was at the highest level. And in the end, the choice fell on the Grand Hotel. A few days in advance, we arrived at the hotel and asked the reception to look over the rooms in order to choose for our special day. As a result, we got a full tour of the hotel with a view of rooms of different levels, as well as a spa area and a restaurant. But that's not all, on the day of arrival we were in for a pleasant surprise. When we checked in, we got an upgrade. Many thanks to the staff. You are real pros! We were not mistaken when we chose the Grand Hotel for such an important event in our life. The time spent here was just magical. Clean spacious room, excellent room service and a chic spa for complete relaxation. Everything is just top notch. We will definitely come back here again!
