Do not trust the Swiss Hotel in Lviv I checked in after 24 hours of travel and asked for a quiet room. The front desk girl promised me their “most quiet room.” Instead, she gave me a shoe-box sized room, old, stuffy, and directly next to the busy elevator. The noisiest place in the hotel. When I went back and said this was unacceptable, she gave me another “better” room. It was the exact same thing, same layout, same size, again right next to the elevator. At that point I realized she had lied to me and insulted my intelligence. The photos online look nothing like the actual rooms. The whole place feels misleading. After what I experienced, I no longer believe the good reviews here. Something is not right. I left and checked into the Art Hotel instead. It was much better, larger rooms, and at a much cheaper price. If you value honesty and a good night’s sleep, stay away from Swiss Hotel in Lviv. Guests deserve to know the truth. -

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Lviv. I came by myself to see my son, who has been a volunteer for two years. I wanted to stay somewhere personable and comfortable. An exceptional place!

Great place!
Always great in the Swiss. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to stay when I go on R&R. One thing I learned is I don’t like the breakfast. I will not pay for the breakfast any more.

Our stay in the Swiss Hotel was just perfect! Starting with the location, and finishing with service and the food in their restaurant - everything is on the high level. The price reflects the quality. Helpful and friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms very nicely decorated. The hotel has everything you might need. For me it was helpful - the beauty salon "Maska" they have. It was very useful to get ready before the romantic dinner on their roof terrace :) Special thanks to the girls for the makeup and the hairstyle! I recommend it! The administrator Mykhaylo booked us a room via Instagram - so easy :) We are very thankful for the service!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. A year ago I stayed or 7 nites. This time, one year later I stayed for total for 6 nites. It’s nice to know some hints don’t change. Still wonderful crisp white sheets, most charming manager and everyone was kind, helpful and served with a smile. Because there were three of us we reserved a suite. Very comfortable and spacious enough. The breakfast was fresh and lots of choices.

We liked the Swiss hotel very much! It was our first time in Lviv, and we are happy that we chose this hotel to stay. The location is very comfortable - everything is within walking distance. Very nice SPA, the food, and the service. Special thanks to the staff from my husband, that they helped him to prepare a surprise for my Birthday! Additionally, they congratulated me with a dessert and prosecco :) That was really nice of them :) Very beautiful and cozy area the hotel is located in. It's in the city center and is filled with history around. You just need to walk out of the hotel and you'll dive straight into the deep and reach cultural life, and the town will welcome you to discover its secrets :) And when you come back to the hotel, you are safe here from the crowded streets, and you can have a rest full of comfort. We always felt welcome here, the staff does its best for that. And such standard things as room service, towel change, etc. are quick, invisible, and don't disturb you at all, but still on a high level. The Valentino restaurant they have on the first floor - is the best one in the town, in my opinion. Especially loved their wine selection. Sommelier Oleg knows what he does and is really helpful. And the bread! Just Oh my God! They make it themselves and it's delicious! I 100% recommend staying here!
