I called in advance to inquire whether early check-in was possible subject to the condition that I get specifically the room I had booked. They told that the room would not be available and early check-in not possible. On the arrival day, I received a call from the hotel and was asked to come for a check-in two hours earlier, since now they had the room available. When I came to the hotel, they gave another room (not the one booked). And charged additional UAH 200 for the early check-in 😐

- Last-minute cancellation of pre-booked early check-in, which interfered with my business trip plans. Unprofessional (passive-aggressive) tone of communication.
On the whole, I would describe this place as good value for money when things go smooth, but lacking professional staff to handle other kinds of situations.
